The product was very good and easy to assemble. It replaced an older non-adjustable pole and base. The existing flag fit well on the new pole. The spare parts (sleeves) were used to stabilize another unit, a banner and base that we had acquired some years previously.
The product was delivered to the wrong address (888 E Sequoia), even though the correct address was clearly visible on the packages and on our residence (868 E Sequoia).
The products are of great quality and the website was easy to order from.
Very easy process when shopping Carrot-Top.
