Your website is pretty easy to use and I was mostly happy with the products. The Wyoming flag is already coming apart which was disappointing.

Your order program is frustrating. It requires numerous repeat entries and restarts in placing an order. If your product was not above average, I would have ordered from a competitor. Furthermore, my original login email was lost and I was forced create a new account with another email address.
