Carrefour have the worst service I have ever experienced wasting time and telling lies everyday. No proper SOPs and too much delay even after end of deadlines provided by them. When u order they will deliver on time and in case of any mistake from their side they will not collect the same item in time ( Feels like they are doing intentionally).

I had refund request and they advised me to after 7 days even I waited for 15 days,I when to follow up 3 times very disaster customer service I believe no manager available handle to those issues until now my money didn't refund 25 days gone

1: receive the order within 5 days
2: They sent a different model and a cheaper item. I requested to return
3: it has been 5 days since the scheduled pickup and no one has contacted me.
4: I have to wait until they pick up the items and return them to the store, then they will begin the refund, which will take 21 days from Carrefour team.
5: There is no manager there, as I have requested the manager call six times without any response.
6: There have been more than 13 attempts to contact the customer sadness team, but they cannot help you at all.

Ordered a tv on 5th November 2021 expected date of delivery was 9th November but today is 15 November 2021 the tv had not been delivered. Rised complaint to customer on the 9th they confirmed by 5days it will delivered. Requested for cancellation of order they told it will take minimum 6 days time to process request. My order number is **************. I had not seen such horrible service.

Do not purchase online from this seller do direct purchase only as they have worst customer care service for online purchases.

They sent me rotten, stinking fish that literally fell apart. I sent a request for a refund, but it was simply closed. No apologies, nothing... very very disappointed. After such an attitude towards me as a client, I no longer want to buy anything from them. And don't recommend you. Order no **************

I purchased a laptop through carrefour online, spec was windows 11 pro, they sent a windows 11 home laptop. Till date they have not replaced, despite several calls and emails to customer service. This was my first experience to use carrefour online but with what I have seen, it's better to order on other sites.

This is the worst user experience. The app doesn't work correctly with my account, we dealt with the support service, left a request, three weeks passed - zero response. No answer to emails, messages in messengers are ignored.

Separate pleasure - the inability to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

I order med online and its showing it was not successful as for payment but it is also mentioned that if it was deducted in the account you will refund for 5-7 days. So why you will deduct it from the account if it will not be successful and it was deducted twice! And you want me to wait for 5-7 days for the refund. What kind of services you are providing

I don't know about other service centers, but theirs is one of the worst in my experience. I purchased multiple big appliances and was told that I can return them in 7 days if I am unhappy with them. I haven't touched the items since I received them, but still, they refuse to refund one of them because their guys came in and opened it for me. Why not tell us that in advance, so we can choose whether we want to open it or not. Delivery was super late too, so whatever plans you have, you better throw them out of the window. Their prices are nothing magical, every other store that sells their stuff have practically the same prices.

Tip for consumers:
If you are buying something from them, make sure its the right one, their promises are false advertisement.

The worst site and the worst service through online stores and it is not worth wasting time dealing with them and the service staff do not provide any help to fix the problems.

3 times I place the application and they deduct the amount from the visa and inform me of the refusal to pay and make a refund after 7 days. I placed the order for cash on delivery, and they only sent half of the products. I spoke with customer service and they told me they did not have the authority to fix the problem, so I refused to receive the entire order. They are supposed to have a supervisor or a responsible manager and this does not exist at all
It is advised not to deal with them

I ordered Volvic water online, paid AED.160 for 04packs of 1.5 liter each, Carrefour sent me 500ml bottles, I spoke the call center at delivery time and they ask me to refuse the delivery, And I was promised a refund within 14days, it's been more than a month no refund has come.
Majid Al Futtaim has stolen my money by doing this scam! Such companies should be penalised, such a big shame on their illegal business!

Stay away from Majid Al Futtaim business, the aftercare is third class, look at carrefour, such a scam!

Do not think Carrefour in UAE has the same standard of Carrefour in France, as their customer care said that also, the company has no understanding we are their customer and should take care of us against low quality and bad service and dealership, In any country if a product is bad and dealer can not fix it on the premises, they should take it back and find the problem and repair it and sell it as factory second, this way the not loss money and their client , this simple understanding

Worst experience ever.
Order was supposed to arrive last week and till now i didn't receive any updates.
Customer service team are not helpful at all.
They all say scripted answers such as there is an update on the system and we cannot track your shipmen nor give you updates nor even cancel your order. I haven't imagined such experience from carrefour.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. DO NOT ORDER FROM CARREFOUR AS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME.

Bought a fridge and was expecting a delivery yhat did not turn up. I visited the store for a soluyion but was encouragee to file a complaint with conaumer rights. Now I have ro throw away all the organic food stuffs for my son with alot of perishable items that costs money. I am very frustrated coz those food items are not localy available.

I ordered through application and I have received my order in 2timings noon and evening. They sent me uncleaned fresh fish and shrimp in the afternoon order and cleaned fish in the evening order, there was no option for special requests to be made and when I complained, I had been promised to receive a phone call from supervisor and it never happened. I contacted customer services 3 times telling them the whole story all from scratch in 3different days, still didn't receive the phone call. Extremely bad expirence

I was so disappointed with the attitude of one of your arab cashiers wearing abaya in masdar city last 20may between 2:55pm she is located near the self service booth. First she doesnt have name tag. Second, while i was taking out my share app she was so demanding for me to hurry up because there was another arab customer behind me. Unfortunately the network at the time was so slow i cant help but to wait. However instead of being understanding, this lady cashier says that i need to get out since she has a customer. I politely told her that I AM TOO a customer but instead she rolled her eyes and talk back in arabic with the other cashiers while pointing at me and smirking.

This is unpresidentially annoying and rude. Just because i am an asian it doesnt mean she can do this to a PAYING CUSTOMER. And It didnt stop there i am also trying to redeem my bank voucher of 100 dhs and she further smirk, i felt i was violated and humiliated as if indirectly telling im cheap. The Indian national supervisor was there and even she could not do anything about it but flinch on the notion of your cashiers attitude.

I understand that time is of the essence but this time there were so few customers that most of the staff had no one on their lane.

I wish i could give more information but even the receipt she didnt give nor send on my email. If you need further info pls call me.

Appalling online service.
Order 2 items that I have paid online by credit card and they didn't delivery saying that was out-of-stock. Then I order again with pay by cash on delivery and after 1 hour the keto bars arrived and they requested to pay by cash what I refused because I already paid and they told me that was out-of-stock what was not true. The delivery man didn't want leave my door knocking my door constantly then security was involved and in the end I was so fed up with all the situation that I decided to pay again by cash just not having noise at my door. So paying twice for the 2 items by card and by cash. I am disgusted by the service of carrefour.

It is such a disappointing to know that carrefour is returning the refund after 14 working days. Such a big and known store in comparison to careem or any other online stores, they return same day or next day. I am really frustrated and I will stop dealing online so far with them until they develop the system of refund.

I had a very bad experience with Carrefour, Mall of the Emirates branch.

On December 3rd, 2022, which is less than 2 months from now, I purchased a Huawei Nova 10 mobile phone from Carrefour branch in the Mall of the Emirates as a gift for my husband on his birthday who's living in the UK, London. Huawei representative there showed me the Huawei mobile phones models available in the store. Specifically, he offered me to buy Huawei Nova 10 mobile phone and listed to me his features. I intentionally asked him if this phone has google services and he answered by saying yes!. I purchased the phone for 1,899 AED. I travelled to meet my husband and to surprise him with the phone. Shockingly, when he opened the phone, we discovered that the phone doesn't have google play and none google app was installed. However, App gallery was installed instead of google play. All google services that can be installed are fake not original (Chinese). Unfortunately, Huawei representative used my unawareness about the problems between google and Huawei and that some Huawei phones don't have google play installed and all original google services. Huawei representative didn't state clearly and frankly that I can't install google play on the phone and all google applications that can be installed are all Chinese made, not original.
I have already submitted a request to complain Huawei representative and asked for returning the phone back and getting a refund. I got a call from the manager asking me to go to any Carrefour branch and the representative there will show me how to install google services on the phone. The manager directed me to Carrefour Dalma mall branch in Abu Dhabi as I'm based on Abu Dhabi. I went there and Huawei representative there was so clear and frank as he informed that all these applications are Chinese not original and sadly I can't install google play on the phone. I submitted another request to complain. After few hours I got a message that the request has been resolved and closed although I didn't get a call or any contact from Carrefour side!

My recent experience at Carrefour was less than satisfactory. The staff seemed disinterested, and the overall store cleanliness was subpar. Additionally, I found the prices to be higher compared to other supermarkets in the area. Overall, not the pleasant shopping experience I had hoped for.

After wrongly trusting Carrefour Yas appliances to fully stock our villa (2 big TVs, 2 refrigerators, full theater surround system) we were lied to over and over and did NOT get what we paid more than 15,000 dhm for. The intentionally deceitful 'Manager Hasan' was very appologetic to me and my family, lying over and over to our family that if we could just be patient he would "take care of the bad order, and make sure I was happy, but I needed to not ask for my money back for the product/service I did not receive." I insisted on getting my money back, but he pushed hard to not give me my money back, promising it would all be resolved if I could give him more time.

I was foolish to trust him. He seemed so honest, sincere, and understanding, saying over and over "I am on your side. If you and your family will wait just a bit longer I can resolve this." THIS WAS A LIE TO WASTE ENOUGH TIME THAT I COULD NO LONGER RETURN THE ITEMS! Horrible tactic to knowingly trick a customer out of the refund they were entitled to. Wow. Just wow.

He intentionally tricked me, he lied over and over through approximately 10 phonecalls while 'running out the clock' on my right to return the items. I do not mind the many employees who repeatedly lied over the phone about solving the issue for the first 10 days, perhaps they may not have known they were lying to me, because managers like Hasan tell them "Just tell the customer it will all be settled, tell him he will get what he paid for." They even continued to send me texts lying and saying "the matter is resolved", so it seemed I would finally get my money back. I DID NOT.

Carrefour REFUSED to accept my returns because Manager Hasan kept lying and delaying my returns until it was too late, the 'return window time' had passed. Unbelievable, horrible, and incredibly deceitful. Bad, bad business.

Do not trust Carrefour with major items like TVs, refrigerators, wash machines, or expensive sound systems. They will take your money and refuse to give it back when they do not deliver as promised. How can I be sure?

Because they kept Manager Hasan in charge, even after Carrefour Yas employees admitted later he had done this to other customers before. I was stupid and trusted him over and over, costing me thousands and thousands, as well as my ability to return the items I purchased which were NEVER DELIVERED AS PROMISED. Beware, Carrefour seems to reward an intentionally decieptful liar like Manager Hasan, so what other crooked liars are they putting in charge? Why would anyone trust a company like this?

Give a good company your money for big purchases, (ANY other appliance company) like we wish we had done instead of trusting Carrefour and their dishonest team, all the way to the top.

Anyone shopping for appliances, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, etc
