After wrongly trusting Carrefour Yas appliances to fully stock our villa (2 big TVs, 2 refrigerators, full theater surround system) we were lied to over and over and did NOT get what we paid more than 15,000 dhm for. The intentionally deceitful 'Manager Hasan' was very appologetic to me and my family, lying over and over to our family that if we could just be patient he would "take care of the bad order, and make sure I was happy, but I needed to not ask for my money back for the product/service I did not receive." I insisted on getting my money back, but he pushed hard to not give me my money back, promising it would all be resolved if I could give him more time.
I was foolish to trust him. He seemed so honest, sincere, and understanding, saying over and over "I am on your side. If you and your family will wait just a bit longer I can resolve this." THIS WAS A LIE TO WASTE ENOUGH TIME THAT I COULD NO LONGER RETURN THE ITEMS! Horrible tactic to knowingly trick a customer out of the refund they were entitled to. Wow. Just wow.
He intentionally tricked me, he lied over and over through approximately 10 phonecalls while 'running out the clock' on my right to return the items. I do not mind the many employees who repeatedly lied over the phone about solving the issue for the first 10 days, perhaps they may not have known they were lying to me, because managers like Hasan tell them "Just tell the customer it will all be settled, tell him he will get what he paid for." They even continued to send me texts lying and saying "the matter is resolved", so it seemed I would finally get my money back. I DID NOT.
Carrefour REFUSED to accept my returns because Manager Hasan kept lying and delaying my returns until it was too late, the 'return window time' had passed. Unbelievable, horrible, and incredibly deceitful. Bad, bad business.
Do not trust Carrefour with major items like TVs, refrigerators, wash machines, or expensive sound systems. They will take your money and refuse to give it back when they do not deliver as promised. How can I be sure?
Because they kept Manager Hasan in charge, even after Carrefour Yas employees admitted later he had done this to other customers before. I was stupid and trusted him over and over, costing me thousands and thousands, as well as my ability to return the items I purchased which were NEVER DELIVERED AS PROMISED. Beware, Carrefour seems to reward an intentionally decieptful liar like Manager Hasan, so what other crooked liars are they putting in charge? Why would anyone trust a company like this?
Give a good company your money for big purchases, (ANY other appliance company) like we wish we had done instead of trusting Carrefour and their dishonest team, all the way to the top.

Situations 1 and 2 happened to me in a row one by one in one week
Situation 1
I bought a frige fom Carrefour hypermarket which is quite pricely. It took them around 40 min to fill all the documents and arrange delivery to my flat. Next day, being on my job, I received a call from Carrefour shop that I will not get my item because they made a mistake in documents and I have to ruin my plans and come back to the shop to sign new documents. They refused to renew the order themselves and in a rather rude way informed me that if I want to get my frige I have to come. So I came and it took them another 45 minutes to fill the documents.
During the process they delayed the delivery by 1 day and I had to fight with them to keep the time because I can not cancel my job to sit at home and wait for them to deliver my item.
Then at the day of delivery nobody called me to fix the exact time, so I had to call them myself 3 times to make sure, they are going to come. And they were not, so I had to fight again to make them deliver on time. They came with a frige late in the night like nobody needs to sleep.
Situation 2
I bought an expensive coffee machine from carrefour online. They arranged the delivery next day with maximum delay of 3 days. And that did not happen nither next day nor next week. I had to call customer service twice every day to confirm my order and every time got different unswer.
So I found the local branch of manufacturer of that coffee machine and they confirmed, that one machine is booked under my name and they are ready to deliver it with a total delay of 1 week because Carrefour failed to transfer my order to them in time. Now at least I got a confirmation, that I will get my item.
After I solved the problem myself and everything was arranged in a proper way, Carrefour cancellled my order from their side, as delivery time ran out. They are not going nitheer to deliver nor to recal the cancelation of my order because delivery time is out and this is their policy. Moreover, they can not give my money back immidiately because ерш is their bank policy. So one have to wait for 2 weeks for refund.
Absurd of the situation is Im ready to wait for delivery and dont want to cancel the order, I've paid full amount of money and delivery service already has the item for me and they are ready to deliver. But they can't because Carrefour unprofessional staff cancelled order and unable to return it back.
The only thing you can do - they told - is to buy the item again (paying again) from our site and then hope and wait we will deliver or pay money back.
Conclusion
1. Never buy bif pricy items from Carrefour. Go ro manufacturer site or Amason and buy from there. You will get cheaper price and better service. Because even when items are on sale at Carrefour, they are still cheaper on Noon and Amazon
2. I will not be suprised if I knew that they are not paying well to their staff. Because I dont know the way how to get that unproffessional and undifferent to their own mistakes and problems of the customer team
DONT WAIST WOUR TIME AND NERVES ON CARREFOUR. YOU WILL GET TWITCING EYE AND NO ITEM.
