I want to personally thank a waiter named Jacob for making my experience wonderful by doing a great job. Before I was even done with my drink Jacob brought over another drink for me.
My wife and I dined at the Carrabba's restaurant in Winter Haven, FL. Upon our servers return to our table with my debit card and the charge slip she said, with a smirk, "I've never seen that before" as she used her pen to point at my proximately displayed checking account balance. This infuriated me as it was done without my permission or authorization and, I did not request for this information to be shared or displayed and, was not aware that Carrabba's had the ability to access the balance in my checking account. Also, it was to send me a message that I can afford to tip her well. Contacted my attorney who immediately fired off a letter to Carrabba's, Winter Haven and, to Bloomin' Brands, Inc to respond within 20 days. They never responded. Point being, if you plan on paying for your meal with a debit card at this Carrabba's, kindly ask your server if they plan on displaying your checking account balance on the bill. Needless to say, my wife and I will not return to this restaurant.
Carrabba's in Palm Bay Florida is an awesome place to dine. Managers Valarie and Scott go out of their way to make sure I have food cooked separate from the rest (severe allergies),
Valarie even goes out of her way to cook my food herself to make sure that there is no shellfish contact. Thank you so very much for making Carrabba's a safe place for us to dine.
Keith and Sarge provided the best food and possibly the best service we have ever had. Our grandson was out for the first time since the covid began, and boy were we happy we chose Carrabba's. Their attention to detail was spot on.
Thanks
There were eight of us took my mother out for her 86th birthday. Heather was our waitress, she was the bomb.
We never wanted for anything she was very attentive and very very nice.
Food was absolutely delicious.
When we go back we hope she will be our waitress.
We went to my favorite restaurant,, in Tuesday September 7,2021. The food normally is delicious. The salad was the best I've had there and I've been there lots of times. The waiter,, Josh,, was fabulous. The chicken, I ALWAYS order chicken Marsala, was way too salty, and the sauce was really runny without much flavor. The Pom sauce on the pasta was very watery. I sent that order back. Which I've NEVER done before. I got another chicken Marsala and again the sauce was too runny and without much flavor. Salt content was better but the flavor I'm used to was just not there. I dint know what the problem was,, new cooks,, not following recipe, change of products, etc. but I was disappointed. My partner ordered the pasta louizee? Spelling,, with shrimp. Normally the mushrooms and shrimp would have been sautéed nicely but this time not much at all. The pasta and sauce itself was grand. Just letting you all know.
My Daughter and I went to Buffalo NY Carrabba's Italian Grill for lunch on Saturday March 27. We got 2 appitizers and I ordered the lobster raviolies and my daughter got Fettuccine Weesie. The ravioli may have had a teaspoon of cheese maybe, and may have had a very little bit of lobster flavor. I don't even think they use any Italian cheeses in the sauces. The fettuccine looked dry with a sticky glossy look to it. My daughter ate very little of it. The shrimp scampi sauce seemed to be the same as the lobster ravioli sauce. Did not seem to be made with butter or wine or cheese. Very little. It seemed that they were cutting cost. Our bill was $95.00 Will not be going back. I grow up cooking with my Italian grandmother. And I've been to many Italian restaurants I had 2 gift cards and CC.
My first visit to this eatery. Service was excellent. That's the end of that story. I know; it's not a steakhouse, but the sirloin was only fair. Longhorn is way better. Steak, mashed, and asparagus were served warm, not hot. For $17, you get a skimpy dish of spaghetti with one meatball. The house salad consists of not much variety and skimpy on the dressing. Taste of the salad was ok but eye appeal was zero. Appetizer of cheese sticks, mushrooms, and calamari, was not appetizing to look at. No one had anything good to say about it. My party spent over $200 there and probably will not go back. All in all, nothing was bad, just not a great value. Again the service was excellent and the restaurant was clean.
Food was passed off as filet mignon. It was an inferior cut of beef. We have traveled very much and know the quality and substitution. This meal was terrible. So very sad leaving this review. This carrabbas was likely the very worst we encountered.
Although several of their menu items are usually good, management recently has not allowed phoned-in orders. Ordering from ones car seems to be actively (and passively) discouraged.
The hostess, the 1st person we saw, literally ignored us. There was no one else waiting for a table. The waitress was awesome. The food came quickly & was delicious! We will be back in spite of the rudeness.
Headed to Myrtle Beach for our 40th anniversary! Ate at Carrabba's in North Myrtle Beach on Friday evening. All food arrived lukewarm. My husband ordered the Johnny Trio—Steak was cold, chicken was lukewarm. Sent steak back. Cooked but sauce runny. He was extremely sick less than 24 hours later. Planned this trip for long time—so unfortunate. Will not try Carrabba again.
Great Italian eatery. You will walk out full with something to take home too. Great place to eat. You will need a nap. Something special I like is when you remember seeing something on menu and its gone. I always ask and sometimes they make stuff for me if its simple and use to be on the menu. Thank me later.
My first time in Carrabbas was in Melbourne, FL and that was a complete waste of money and food was very costly. First we had to wait (me and 2 others) which was fine since they looked fairly busy or change of workers which was odd when we seen a few tables empty. When we finally were seated the table was soo wobbly we had to be careful on how we moved. They didn't have any pork chops which my step father was wanting (stuffed they had advertised) so he had to pick something different and nothing was under $14 most was over $20. I forget what he ended up with may have been 2 VERY SMALL pieces of chicken. I had a salad which was just barely under $15 it was ok but wasn't worth the price. The server was fairly slow at serving us and when we got the bill it was just under $70 with that high of a cost you would think there would be alot of food on the plates when yet there was very little which wasn't all that great either. Needless to say we won't be going there anymore.
We were very disappointed in our dining experience at Carrabbas in Bensalem. We had just received our salads when our meal arrived. Mine was a Marguaritta pizza, the worst I have ever had, not to mention it being cold, as I finished my salad b/f eating any. I didn't get a plate to use for the pizza, as I was sharing it with my son. My husband was satisfied with his veal marsala but never finished his salad at all. We felt rushed and I was more than a little annoyed. The cheese and tomato just slid off the too oily crust. I would never go back.
Decided to eat at Carrabba's this evening in North Charleston and I asked for a sirloin steak well done when it came to the table I cut it and it was raw The mashed potatoes were dried up I really did not enjoy my meal at all it's a complete waste of money and my daughter did not even eat her salad she always eats if I go to Wendy's! I'm so disappointed
My husband and I frequent the Carrabbas in Henderson Nevada. I have to give a shout out to the exceptional servers who work there! From the managers to the hosts, they are all amazing. Just a few of the servers I'd like to mention... Elizabeth, Leone, Brianna, Marisol, and Kate. All so friendly. Managers, Perry and Antonio too!
Carrabba's used to be our favorite place. But after paying 40.00 fid these wings?! I won't be returning
Elaine was amazing! We have never been to a carrabbas before and she made us feel right at home. Food and drinks were amazing as well.
What a nightmare. Been g here for 25 years and love the mission statement but the location off dussell
I will avoid like a pleage. There was something foreign in my food like a piece of plastic off a container and when I mentioned it and tried to get it fixed it was a nightmare. Our server
Meagan was rude and Obnoxious and when I asked her to keep her voice down and not to sub project so everyone could here she got louder. The only way I stopped her from yelling was to get up and walk out leaving my food there. Then they charged my card 86.86 meal was 14.00 and bounced my account and when I asked them to correct it and not charge anything to my account until it is in a positive balance, they assured me they wouldn't but did charge my account bouncing it even further into dismay. Now I have $$75.00 new charges on my account from penalties from f
Brandon (management) assuring me he would not charge anything on my account but did anyways. Can't get their help since it was such a major issue they've chose to ignore me and charges and carry on as buisness as usual. I would never eat there again they've slide way way down the list on doing things right and according to carrabbas mottos and mission. This place has been messing meals up, not taking the time to address and resolve issues they create. Can't trust the food to be handled appropriately with hair and plastic in meals and who knows what with lack of management or bad management. Horrible location I would not visit.
