Fidelity is incompetent as an investment company, or commiting fraud. I wanted to rollover my investments to J.P.Morgan Chase on May 1,2023. The employee insisted that I had to do a RMD, which is a distribution or withdrawal, which would cause an unnecessary Tax event for me this year. I explained that the regulation had been changed in December and I would not meet the age requirement for two years. He had to send my request for MY OWN MONEY to a special review team. It has been three weeks and the unnecessary review is still not complete. I should not have to teach them about current regulations, that is their job. I should be able to TRUST that they are up to date with regulations. I wonder how many unsuspecting folks have been made to follow the outdated regulations since Dec., 2022.

We were very disappointed in our dining experience at Carrabbas in Bensalem. We had just received our salads when our meal arrived. Mine was a Marguaritta pizza, the worst I have ever had, not to mention it being cold, as I finished my salad b/f eating any. I didn't get a plate to use for the pizza, as I was sharing it with my son. My husband was satisfied with his veal marsala but never finished his salad at all. We felt rushed and I was more than a little annoyed. The cheese and tomato just slid off the too oily crust. I would never go back.

We purchased one of their high end patio umbrella's for the beach b/c it has the strong supports and holds up on windy days. We only vacation one week per year and the third week we used it, the button that holds it open broke. I called customer service and they asked me to email pics. I sent several pics and I never heard from them again. This product should last longer than 20 days. I am disappointed in Rio and now hesitate to ever buy anything with their logo again.

They seem to have a great selection but their return policy is the worst. I had to return a set of curtains b/c the color was not right and they charge a restocking fee and will only issue a store credit. Well, it has been 9 months and I have tried to use that $85.00 store credit. They won't give me a promo number to use it and keep saying to just let them know when I want to use it but never answer my emails or phone calls. The worst Customer Service. Just avoid this hassell and don't buy from them.
