Ordered a carry out meal from Carrabbas in Elliott City Md today ( 18 Sept 2021). Ordered the Calamari, 16 oz Ribeye steak / mash potatoes/ chicken soup, Chicken Marsala with sauce on the side, chicken soup, penne pasta. Ordered online and received a text indicating it would be ready in 25 - 35 minutes. I arrived at curbside about 30 min later. I waited in curbside pickup for 15 minutes without anyone coming out to my vehicle. I went inside and was told it would be out shortly. I waited another 10 min and the food was delivered. Once I got home I discovered that the mash potatoes were missing as well as the Marsala on the side sauce. The Calamari was cold and fried so hard it had the consistency of a saltine cracker. Soup was cold but was very good. Chicken Marsala was cold but tasty. Ribeye steak was cold but very tender. Hadn't gotten carry out from Carrabbas for about 3 yrs because of similar problems. I quess nothing has changed. I would not recommend them.
The food and service were top notch! Joe was awesome! Courtney made the best bloody mary! The Propieter Laura came by the table checking on us and made sure we all had a wonderful time!
We had a great experience! We always love going here! Our server was great and the manager is always helpful.
Although several of their menu items are usually good, management recently has not allowed phoned-in orders. Ordering from ones car seems to be actively (and passively) discouraged.
1st time dinning at carrabbas since pandemics. Simple side salad and soup. Was told gift card was invalid. Then. Computer wry. Asked to pay with cash. Worst experience and feeling only to hear sorry.
Myrtle Beach - Carrabas. Jeanne Awesome. Thank you guys! Food was great as always. Keep up the good work.
We just had the best experience at Carrabbas in Easton PA! Special gratitude to our always amazing server Matteus and today's Kitchen Manager for the respect and class these two young men displayed today toward my husband, a 3rd Force Recon Marine who served in Nam. We continue to come to your Carrabbas not only for the amazing meals but because of people with character, like yourselves who work there! GOD BLESS YOU BOTH Joe and Rose
I placed a take-out order on Carrabba's Italian Grill website on March 10,2024 for pickup at the following location at 4:15pm … 2088 S Abilene Street, Aurora, CO *******. I ordered 3 meals,
2- Spiedino di Mare ($57.98) and 1-Lobster Ravioli ($23.49). All of the meals were of poor quality, the sauce on the Lobster Ravioli was thin/watery, the Raviolis didn't have much lobster filling, the two Spiedino di Mare meals had eight (8) small breaded Scallops with Penne Pasta lightly covered with pasty tomato sauce. I ordered Sauteed Spinach on one of the Spiedino di Mare which had garlic, but the garlic was burnt which ruined the taste of the Spinach. All three (3) meals were small portions, and I would define them as half-orders. The salads that came with the meals, again were very small. The order didn't come with any bread, as they always provide bread when you dine-in, no napkins or plastic forks, knifes. The cost of the three meals came to $83.46 plus tax, which in my opinion was a rip-off for the quantity and quality of the food I received. You can get higher quality take-out Italian Cuisine food at affordable prices at Maggiano's Little Italy, Olive Garden Italian Restaurant and I would even venture to say Frazoli's Fast Food Italian Restaurant has better food than I received at Carrabba's.
Because I am very familiar with the quality of food served in the Pinellas county Carrabbas, which is awesome by the way, I was excited and looking forward to my Christmas Eve meal here in Lakeland. So, I ordered my favorite dish, Lasagne, and my son ordered the
Fettuccine Carrabba with the Calamari appetizer. My son said his dinner was mostly ok but the noodles were overcooked. Much to my disappointment, I truly have nothing good to say about the Lasagne. Besides being a very small portion, not what I'm used to receiving, the Lasagne was dry with hardly any meat sauce. The noodles tasted like they were the oven-ready selection and not tasty like the noodles you have to cook before you make the dish up. The meat sauce itself was salty, not that rich and robust red sauce that would make anyones mouth water. In fact, there wasn't even any sauce poured over or around the Lasagne. I took 3 bites then I just had to stop eating it. It is the worst Lasagne I have eaten in any restaurant. I didn't mind paying the price of $18.29 for that dish when I thought it was going to be great again. However, it wasn't worth half that price for what was presented. I don't like having to leave such a negative review but I think people should know what they are getting ahead of time. Apparently, all Carrabbas do not put out the best quality in every location. Very Disappointed here in Lakeland!
My family enjoys the Carrabbas in Bensalem, PA frequently. Coming home from Newark airport the other day, my wife and I decided to stop at the East Brunswick, NJ location for dinner. What a mistake. First problem: ordered two vodka tonics with a lime twist and got lemonade. I brought it to the server's attention, and she replaced the drinks- with half a glass of vodka with a side glass of lime juice! Next problem: my wife loves the minestrone soup, but this location doesn't serve it! Why not? Ok, she orders the sausage and lentil soup, but it is just ok. Next issue: I asked for the calamari with lemon butter instead of marinara. It was basically butter with a tiny bit of lemon. And it wasn't even totally melted!
Next, I ordered pasta as a side with my main. My plate arrives with 3 smallish pieces of veal piccata and stuck together fettuccine. My wife's plate looks empty with her overcooked salmon and 6 pieces of asparagus. The bottoms of the asparagus were not trimmed off, they were inedible.
This was a sad excuse for a pleasurable dinner. I will never visit that Carrabba's again. I hope it is not an indicator of where this once great dining establishment is headed.
We had best meal ever Feb 04 '22. Steaks perfect, Johnny Roco salad had fresh seafood. 2-sides/soup
Very disappointed! Bad take-out experience, because (1) took too long and (2) portions were short.
