From delivery to install everything was good. The only negative was they didn't advertise nor communicate during the ordering process that if the installers couldn't park their truck with large trailer within a few feet of the install, the installer will charge an extra fee (amount at their discretion) to unload.
Love the custom design option
I am very happy with my carport. My only complaint is that the people who installed were not Americans and they could not speak English well enough. It was extremely difficult in trying to communicate. This would be the one thing that I would warn people about.

My only complaint was not being notified of a rescheduling for installation. On the given date I waited all day for installers and they never showed. It was only on my phone call and inquiry at days end that I was informed the installation was rescheduled for another date. I think a phone call from the company to let me know of that changeup would have been in order. Other than that I couldn't be happier with both product and service
I was able to choose what I wanted at a very reasonable price. I was fun putting in different options and seeing if I liked them. The fact a visual was given made it so nice.

Delivery was almost 3 weeks past the maximum 6 weeks I was quoted when I ordered.
The guys that came to install were very nice and made sure we were happy with everything before they left.
