O crap the trailer house anchors I paid for wasn't even put in the corners of my building. ALSO NEVER order insulation from these guy! After the building was done there is a 4"-6" gap from wall to roof! After paying 3K for insulation they then told me that well it's not supposed to be air tight! WTF why would I pay for insulation if it's has a gap of 6" at the top? I would never use this company again! They did say that would come back and put the anchor's. I tell you for a fact do not use this company! I was told that I paid for 10 trailer house anchor's and got 3 and they told me it was only to have 4 for my size of building. Really with 45-50 MPH wind? I don't understand why that would put more holes in the bottom frame and not put anchor's. The way I was raised if you have the holes for anchor's (I'm sure it was engineered for anchor's in them hole's at the bottom) If not DON'T put holes in the frame! My biggest problem is the insulation. MOST BUILDING THAT YOU PUT UP THE INSUALTION GOES FROM THE SIDES TO THE ROOD! SEE PHOTO'S OF INSULATION AND ANCHOR'S!

The carport is nothing like I expected. The fault lies with me, though. I ordered a flat roof carport that would fit right up against the house and that would match the roof of the house. But, in talking with someone at your business, I said it would be ok to change the roof to an A-frame without looking back at the site to see what that would look like. In my mind, I thought it would be a slight slant. Unfortunately, the carport stands up higher than the house and its roof line too high to go up against the front of the house. This means you have to get pretty wet (when it's raining or snowing) when you leave your car to go into the house. The person who recommended the A=frame roof on the carport had good reasons (snow and ice gathering on it), but I didn't think to point out that we could slant the roof just a bit to help with that. (I also had ordered the stronger materials for snow weight.) So, when I saw the carport, I was pretty disappointed, but once again, it was my fault for not investigating the changes before signing off on them. In the spring, I hope to make some changes to the carport so it can at least meet the roof line of the house...
