When shopping for a carport online we found Elephant Structures to be quick and easy to design the carport we needed. The price was great and we joke about the structure being the same price if they built it or we built it - why would we build it? The structure will now be protecting our precious trailer we call Thumper (Airstream Bambi) from the snow and hail we get in Colorado. All in all, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to use Elephant Structures for any future needs we have. Thank you.

Appointment to install was set for 7-8am on Wednesday so I took half day off and no one showed, I called and got a call back 15 min later and they said they would there at 5pm, at 6:30 no show and no call, I called again Thursday and got no answer or call back but eventually got a e-mail saying someone would be there in the afternoon, when I got ahold of the installers I informed him no one would be home till 4:15 and he was ok with it and other than that I love it and it is exactly what I wanted

I received a call earlier in the week that they would like to deliver in the next week or two, then I get a call like 3 days later that they were at my gate! I had to change my plans for the entire day as it was my wife's birthday and everything got turned upside down, if they would have called me to set up a delivery day I would have told them I was not available that day for the install! To make matters worse I had to have my business employees help with the installation as their were only two people putting it together, which is not nearly enough man power and time to put this structure together, also the sun was going down! I had order from you before and had a different company come out and do the installation which were great! Based on this installation process I would be hesitant to order from you again!
