This is an outstanding CV in my view, since it perfectly illustrates my credentials, employment history, and the type of position I am looking for. The only concern that I have is the speed of delivery, which I believe you should improve.

Not sure how they score so high. If you're fresh out of college, this might be a good service. I'm giving them 2 stars because they are responsive, but if you are a seasoned professional, I'd stay away from this service. They simply do not have the expertise to revamp an experienced professional resume, at least in my field, which is technically focused. I paid almost 300$ for a resume I will now have to redo myself anyway. The terminology is often incorrect, and non industry wording is used, making it sound either foreign or like you don't know what you're talking about. Total waste of money and now I have more work to fix it.

I've been unemployed for over a year now, so I'm feeling quite desperate. I felt that I needed professional help to get past the "scanners" that so many companies use. This place was top rated, so I signed up. I echo ALL of the comments from others who have rated this place with one star. Their writers are a complete joke! SO many errors and sentences that make no sense. They don't make ANY effort to talk with you or find out what skills you want to highlight the most. Their website is horrible and very difficult to navigate. Before they even contacted me about writing anything, they contacted me THREE TIMES wanting more of my money. Each time I was very blunt about my dissatisfaction. They do not seem to care. I've got jobs sitting out there for which I need to apply while I wait for these jokers to get my stuff done. What a waste of money. I'm just about in tears about all this!

This was a nightmare. Thank goodness I didn't add any of the additional recommended add on products. They took my resume and removed my bullet points and made it into paragraphs without checking for flow or grammatical errors. Also made errors in facts that were already on my resume (education said I had an incomplete degree). From what I have seen there is no writer and this seems to have been put through some type of program.

Highly do not recommend if you are a professional looking to update or freshen up your resume. I still use my original that I sent over to this company.

You did an excellent job of capturing the highlights of my career path. As it stands, I'm rather delighted with the final result. If I run into anyone else in the future who is looking for a competent CV builder, I will gladly suggest them to you.

I used a different service about 12 years ago and was very pleased. I'm currently considering a job move and decided to use this service again to spruce up my resume, so it would be geared toward new resume scanning software. The cover letter I received was written well, but the resume looks like it was written by someone without much resume writing/HR experience. The correct key skills were not highlighted and the casual language in the resume is not appropriate. They have offered to revise my resume, but I'm not sure it's worth my time, if I'm dealing with the same writer.

This is the first line of the cover letter CareersBooster came up with: Over the course of my career, I have always been passionate of working as a Financial Analyst at the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
Passionate of? That's not even correct grammar. And as an opening line that's weak and trite. No way that would ever impress anyone let alone a recruiter at IFC. And the rest of the letter is equally poorly written. Looks like he/she just copied and pasted from an already poorly written letter.
I would not recommend you waste your money on this service at all.

What a HORRIBLE experience! Took my resume, cut and pasted it onto a new document. They have no clue and didn't bother to find out anything about the industry I work in or the job I am going for. 2 revisions and they are still writing about an industry I was in 20 years ago rather than the one I have been in for the past 6 years. Want an eye-catching resume that will get you noticed for the right reasons? Go somewhere else. This company is a joke.
