First, what company ever lists their CEO by first name last initial? "Gerry H., CEO"
That is a large red flag. Also, their office address in Delaware is a virtual office, used as needed, and not a corporate HQ. Odd for a company claiming to be in business for 17 years or more. Be warned.

Forked over 126 USD for this site/company/clown car to rewrite my resume. The package I purchased, using an online discount code included the following, as listed on their website:

"A resume and/or cover letter crafted by an experienced, professional, talented and committed writer."

First, the "writer", who is a nameless entity, is NOT experienced nor talented with the English language or any related grammar. I believe this organization is based in Panama, which explains the rampant errors and nonsensical sentences and half-phrases, most of which had NOTHING to do with my experience or expertise.

"Delivery on time, every time."

They were late with the first version and asked for an extension via their messaging system. I agreed happily to the time extension and waited for the first draft/version. I gave them five days. It was awful. Cut and pasted sentences from god-knows-where and phrases that had NOTHING to do with my background.

"A free revision if you do not receive an interview invite within 30 days."

This won't be necessary. After the second version, as stunningly an example of poor language skills and no familiarity with editing or revision process, it was clear my "writer" was either cheap slave labor or working off a hangover from the night before. Maybe both.

"100% satisfaction."

BWHAHAHAHAHA! And, then, maybe, yes. I am 100% "satisfied" that CareersBoosters dot com believes they do a great job, yet, they do not. It is 100% a waste of time and money. And, if you need a writer to edit your resume, get in touch. I write part-time and would be happy to make gentle suggestions about spelling, structure, and style (which is often easier to do for others than for oneself, which is why I sought help. Lesson learned.)

Since I had "unlimited revisions" and seeing how they bombed twice, I sent a more detailed, older resume; figuring the details and language would easily transfer and my "writer" would have a lightbulb moment. Third-time charm, right? Nope. After a week of silence, I gave up. No acknowledgment of my revision request. I was done; feedback sent and, of course, not posted publically as they only post positive feedback. They offered to give me one "free" revision to ensure my satisfaction. Uh, no. I asked for a complete refund. No reply. SCAM.

In a nutshell, keep looking. The resume writing professionals you're seeking are not here. Not by a long shot. Maybe they'll use the money to learn English. One can hope.
