There was no explanation of the process that I started. I thought I was looking up potential helpers - not that I would be sharing information with them and setting up a job that they could reply to. That's a big gap and I'm not happy about how that worked. There should be transparency at every step

So far, this is a terrible experience. I set up an account and needed to add my wife for her to look as well and it looks like there's only 1 user allowed. I then tried to change the account to her e-mail address because she will take over the process which doesn't appear possible. This is either not a parent friendly site or just very confusing to navigate.

I just bought the premium account thinking it was mandatory because if the way it kept me from moving to the next step but it turns out it wasn't. I've never tried this site and I was only curious how it worked and didn't plan on spending $60 before I found out.
