Hi Heather, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Not letting you have an option to NOT sell my info to a daycare is absolutely ridiculous. Care.com is preying on people in a tight spot with their FORTY dollar/month "subscription" that you must get in order for it to be helpful. Absurd.

Ive experienced some accessibility issues in the payment process which caused me to purchase the membership before the discount code was correctly applied - not good! In addition post purchasing premium, the site's still showing pages for 'basic' (you can also see this in the query params in the url). Finally, I 'favorited' profiles yet it is not obvious to me where I can see those profiles that I favorited.

Extorted $165.00 I did not need to upgrade I do not need "upgraded" services but in order to send message to UN available caregiver I HAD to click on the upgrade button which then HIT my bank account for $165.00. That was WRONG I want my MONEY back and to cancel my account permanently.
