The website is a little deceiving. Before I signed up for the upgrade it made it seem like there were babysitters in my area. However, once I upgraded it said there's no one available in my area. Good thing I didn't sign up for the yearly membership.

I wish I knew before signing up that I had to do the interviewing of the applicants myself. I never would have signed up. Since I can not get a refund, I am out $162.98 for nothing. I will warn people on Social Media about this.

I tried to sign up, but used the wrong initial app. Then I couldn't use the same email. Couldn't delete the account without finishing the profile. Your system should allow people to use the same email whether they are looking for jobs or looking for providers.

Confusing interface, and everything is blocked behind a paywall for a frustrating experience. The phone site is also very annoying and hard to use, even after trying to sign up for a premium membership. The site gives the false impression that is is usable even with a basic free membership, which it is absolutely not.

This website is like Yahoo circa 2004 -- so many diversions and ads for things when all i want to do is get to the business of finding the right care for my kid. I am a Premium paying member, and keep trying to message Favorited caregivers but it redirects me to this ridiculous page where I have to see suggested people who I have already decided not to contact. Have to press Back button to go back to the profile I was on to initiate message again.
