The premium plan should cover everything, and there should be no additional extra add-ons you have to buy that support the purpose of the site. I will see how it works.

I selected the promotional offer for the discounted 1yr membership, and I was somehow charged $155.40. That is NOT WHAT I SELECTED. The fine print said the $155.40 would be charged at my 1yr marker!?!? I want to be refunded.

Constant prompting to upgrade doesn't really make a friendly free service. And the constant service adds shifts the focus from helping to revenue grab (it can be both). But I need this helpso willing to pay.

Hi Elaine, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.
