Everything seems like care.com is nickel and diming with having to pay for what should be basic features. So far the overall experience has been poor but I'm trying it out because I need to find assistance.

You can't use the app without upgrading! Then once you've "upgraded " they want you to add subscriptions. The app will not let you move forward until you've responded to the request for upgrade/add subscriptions. It very time consuming and not user friendly
