If you use it for "basic" services you have zero communication - you are FORCED to use the upgraded membership which is quite expensive. For the cost, all these extra add-ons at $2, $4, $65, etc. should be included for crying out loud. YOu are taking advantage of people who are in a bad situation.

FOR ME I FOUND IT CONFUSING

FOR ME I FOUND IT CONFUSING. ONE MINUTE I WAS POSTING A JOB REQUEST FOR A IN HOME CAREGIVER, THEN I LOOK UP AND IM ON THE PET SITTER PAGE. THEN I WENT TO SIGN UP AND PAY BUT THE SITE DID NOT MAKE IT CLEAR IF I CHOSE THE 3 MO CONTRACT THAT YOU WERE GOING TO DING MY ACCOUNT FOR THE WHOLE 3 MOS TODAY. $77 THAT I CANNOT AFFORD TODAY. AND I STILL HAVE NOT FOUND HOW MUCH I AM GOING TO HAVE TO PAY TO A CAREGIVER IF I FIND ONE. SO ESPECIALLY FOR US SENIORS SEEKING HELP, I THINK YOU NEED TO MAKE THE FLOW EASIER SO IT MAKES SENSE STEP BY STEP AND BE MORE TRANSPARENT ABOUT YOUR PRICING. REMEMBER OUR AGE GROUP DID NOT GROW UP WITH CELL PHONE S AND COMPUTERS

This service is horrible

This service is horrible. I changed my profile information, as I originally created it for my 70 year old mother caring for my sick father. When I changed this info, within days of creating it, I was removed from your service without a refund, valid explanation, or resolution. Then, when I tried to talk to customer service to get this issue resolved, I was unable to speak to anyone because I no longer held an account. I now am having to pay another $40 just to contact customer service. If I am not allowed to change my info, then it should not be an option. Obviously, caring for a sick parent is stressful, time consuming, and emotionally draining. Finding additional help through care.com should have been an easy and helpful resource to lighten my families load during this horrible time in our lives. I am extremely disappointed in the service of care.com. Your customer service is terrible, and I haven't even been able to speak with anyone yet!
