I had signed up under my primary email to explore options as a caregiver/provider. I am now unable to close that account or even contact customer support and just keep getting redirected to pay for a background check. I had to create a new account tied to a different email which is inconvenient.

Then, under requirements for the caregiver, it had "college degree required"; when I never selected it & when I tried to select & unselect, it would stay selected. Plus I'm finding a lot of "ghosting" caregivers, based on reviews. Thx

Put my job up without telling me, and made impossible to respond without upgrading. Then, after upgrading, tried to upsell for double the price with scare message about criminal history. Very manipulative site.

The job postings are fraudulent. As a care provider do not waste your time or money with this company. The platform is saturated with care providers who clearly are not all delivering excellent care. The 18 dollars for a background check will never be recouperated. After completely setting up my business profile, I was delighted to find that my profile was nowhere to be found on search results. A total waste of time
