Very clunky to use, no option to just look for full time nanny, no option to go back and adjust premium subscription- would have elected for background check add on but moved forward by mistake and there was no way to go back.

Way too many ala carte options, it's a bit overwhelming and expensive. Also, past people applied or were contacted just in the last week, and all of those applicants have expired. Where did they go? I am surprised with the money I just paid an archive file does not exist at the bare minimum

Too many hoops and dark patterns to jump over. I am already paying for some of your service. Treat me a little more gently and don't try to optimize every dollar you can out of me - this is the fastest way to lose my recurrent dollars.
