I've paid several times to be able to message an individual and you still want more money. As soon as I find someone I'll be canceling and so regret even using this site. No customer service and not sure how to cancel as there are no straight forward explanations. Very displeased.

The site is not conducive to changing profile needs like from caregiver to Family in need of care. Also, when signing up for care, and before hitting the "continue" button, it is not allowing going back to any pages prior to change criminal back ground checks annually instead of monthly.

This is my first time using Care.com and it just seems to me that money is all you care about. The pressure of upgrading to receive messages, upgrade for this and that. Yes! I am going to try the babysitting service because I indeed do need a sitter but I shouldn't have to pay more to received messages from potential sitters.

Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Worst customer service

WARNING: Read reviews before using this company! Care.com has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It's impossible to get anyone on the the phone and when making an inquiry online, their help form blocks you until you go through their FAQ multiple times. Even after submitting an inquiry, they send the same message over and over and never actually answer any of your questions. From the looks of it, many have been scammed by this company as well. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time.

I find the membership info a little bit deceiving. I felt I had read it was $8.95 a month, but when I actually got down to put in CC info, it was $38.95.

Annoying that you charge to message.

*I made an account and posted an ad, so I am certainly ready to hire someone... I did pay for the premium membership but your reply would not have gained my business if I had not already subscribed. You should at least allow us to read messages and not reply until we pay. Just a suggestion.
