Paid for a one month subscription, couldn't get into my account 2 days later. Tried to go through 'forgot my password' route but the website says we'll send you an email to reset your password, never sends an email. Tried contacting them, all emails are not monitored.

After subscribing there are [pop ups for extra fees for things that were thought to be included in membership. Like background checks and security measures.

The "extra" options are a bad idea. It is frustrating trying to accomplish the one thing you are on this site to achieve - getting responses from people interested in working with you. We will try your service for one month and then will post on media platforms about the really poorly designed process you employ.

Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

Fraudulent Billing
March 9, 2023

I canceled my service in October 2022. I noticed two weeks ago that I have still been being charged. I called every number only to be directed to the website. You get to the website and can only sign in if you have a paid membership. It acknowledged that I am no longer a member (eventhough they are still charging me) and I cannot get past the log in. I replied to the email confirming my cancelation and every email I can find online only to be sent an auto reply that says they no longer monitor this inbox. SCAM. My final option is to close my card. I will find a way to get my $40 × 4 back. I will post on every site and news outlet until I do.

Your page to agree to automatic withdrawal of fees in deceiving, as it also added an add-on monthly fee I did not want. After chatting with someone they said it could not be removed.

It said join for free with limits. I chose that option. I get shown people, go to the next page and there is a membership sign up and no way to get off the page and proceed without signing up. That seems disingenuous. Either it's free or there is a membership. It can't be both.
