I'm trying to make a one time payment for one month to try your service, which your website indicates I can do, but your website limits my only option is to click the "upgrade now" and be forced into a monthly membership, requiring me to go back to your website and cancel. I find this misleading and this tactic should not be necessary if your website can actually provide what you offer, it would be successful without using such tactics. Very dissappointed.

The app makes you pay for A subscription even before you find a babysitter. You can't communicate with anyone without paying the subscription. They make you pay the subscription and charge additional fees for other services.

Hi Kayona, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

There are a lot of barriers to using the site - add-on costs, extra subscriptions, etc. I would prefer to see all of my options and the cost of each service on one page, so that I understand exactly what I'm signing up for.

It's A little hard getting around on the site. I also think that the pricing was not clear and upfront. It gave me a total that was not what I agreed to but there was no way to question it or change it. I also never found a way to show phone numbers in messages. Get creative. That being said I did find a number of great candidates. Some never responded after their initial contact but in the end I found someone who I think is perfect for the job.

I really hate that after I upgraded, I have to go through multiple add-ons and click tiny little "No thanks" links to see the applicants that I joined in the first place for. Just list all your add-ons on one page and put a decent sized button to say no and let me be done! I feel like I was stuck in add on purgatory!

I was not aware of membership changes. That should be at the beginning. I felt pressured to make a quick decision. I'm looking for a good caregiver and focused on the candidates. Your site throws that in when our mind set is on loved ones.

I couldnt log in with previous registered acct. Also, got caught in a loop for security robot pictures that continued to re-set for an hour. And finally, I had to agree to either continue to pay after 3 month at 60/month or pay 80 per check after the initial cost I just paid. At least the website should move along and allow me to first see if I can find a person before I have to agree to continue paying.
The website needs work.

My uploaded photo was rejected and a general guide to acceptable photos was provided but I see, given the guidelines, why the photo was rejected.
