I was previously a nanny

I was previously a nanny. I couldn't even access my account to close it and open a parent account without paying for a background check I didn't need. Once I opened a new account with my husband's email, I then couldn't access the special offered to new accounts to sign up for premium which is required to actually hire someone. If I didn't live in a small town and had another option, I would absolutely use a different service.

I dislike the fact that you cannot pay a one-time fee without cancellation, and the site is 100% useless unless you pay something. So dangling a "free" with it is disingenuous. I begrudgingly paid, but will be cancelling it.

I would not classify the website as user friendly. The biggest problem I had was with the pool of applicants. I'd say that at least half, if not more, were not available for booking the day I needed them.

I paid for the premium. Because I need sitter services righr away because I'm starting a new job soon. This qebsite advertises I can find someone fast and I have yet to get a message and I have been looking. If I'm not able to get what I need in a week before I could start this job then I want rhat money back.
