I ended up paying $35 for something I was not trying to do the website just kept prompting me to it! So I lost money on that request just to speak to the sitters that I don't need and won't be using.

I feel a little bamboozled quite honestly, before I paid for the subscription it was showing that like 5 or 6 people had sent me messages about my open position, once I paid my money not only was there only one message there is only a small handful of providers in my area, and all but two of them had not logged in in over a month

Hi Brandy, We are a paid subscription service and not a free service. I'm sorry if you thought otherwise and therefore felt mislead. That was never our intention. Many sites like ours charge a fee in order to be able to offer you the features our site offers. Otherwise we'd just be like any other free classified site with very little to offer.

It was difficult to get back to caregiver options. I was told I would pay $155.40 and instead it charged me $240.00. I tried to get a person on the phone and the phone redirected me to the website. I want a system that is simple and not confusing. I do not want to pay $240.00.

Very annoying the way it keeps leading you to purchase other things. I also don't like the fact that it made me take an account to be able to use your site and get applicant info. The people pay to list, those who are looking to hire should not have to pay the fess as well.

I did not appreciate when upgrading that there were extra hidden "add-ons" that should have been available from first glance, not AFTER I subscribe for a year. Things like criminal background checks should be a standard, not an additional add on, and may have been something that stopped me from subscribing had I known before hand.
