I would like to acknowledge Capital One and it's employees who helped me with two Vendors disputes of charges to my account. After numerous back and forth with Capital One they decided in my favor and put the money back into my account. Capital One is one of the few CC companies that works for the card holder not the Vendors. Most could care less about the customer, that is why I have kept my Capital One card for so many years. If you are looking for a good CC company I would definitely recommend getting a Capital One card, thanks again for good customer service. Patrick Zoccoli
Overall I'm very satisfied with Capital one quicksilver credit card. I keep my balance at zero majority of the time. However, I recently had a truck repair I paid off in installments within a month. My last payment of 200.00 I paid a few days ago. It was the ONLY balance on my account at time I made my payment. Two days later I get an email saying I owe 4.63 and it's due ony normal due date which is the 5th of every month when I have a balance. I had just paid 200.00 a few days ago, WHY do I have to pay 4.63 in 3 weeks when I just made a payment? A issue I have with Capital one and WHY I do my best to keep zero balance
Would give 0 stars if i could called to report fraud and representative was rude accusing me and harassing me and threatening me this is the worst experience i ever had with a bank! Please stay clear because they will NOT HELP YOU
It is capitol one credit card quick silver. Bad company bad card I've had them for two years credit card. This is the 2nd time they have said my payment was returned cause bank, an no it was not they over charged me again. Plus let my card get way up there my limit is 900$ they let it go to 1,600$. An I told them this time not ok they will fix it or I will get a attorney. Plus I will no longer deal with them. Very unhappy with them. I've made every payment early an this is what happens. NO MORE!

I filed dispute against department store. I purchased shoes, and #1 return policy (30 day) was not listed on the receipt, #2 shoes have designer flaw. I sent to Capital One copy of many on line negative reviews from customers. Customers kept complaining that they could not wear those shoes. I also sent copy of my receipt that 30 day return policy was not listed. Shoes I purchased were in saleable condition, and department store refused to accept return and refund me money or work it out with me to give a store credit.

They requested from me to get a letter from another Merchant who sells shoes to write on company letterhead what this department store did wrong! Good luck for anyone to get this type of letter (unless you have a friend working in a store who will do it for you)! Buying anything using Capital One card is just like using cash! No protection whatsoever!
This is not a card I will be keeping in my wallet, and I moved all money I had at Capital One saving elsewhere.
I will not let them make a penny of me anymore. Protect Merchants and let's see how long you will have money for payroll!

If you are a large business owner, DO NOT use the Capital One Sparks card with purchasing power. Your store purchases will be declined weekly even though you owe a ZERO balance. They also expect you to pay any balance down weekly to make room for upcoming purchases that they will likely decline. Customer Service does not help. They give you the same explanation every time you call as well as their managers.
While I do use their cards... it is a fact they will screw you. Whenever they can. They will charge you interest NO MATTER WHAT
Capital one customer service is horrible. We were fraudulently charged for service of a website that we never had. We provided proof. The service was going to start two weeks after we wrote the vendor and Capital One saying we're not a customer and Capital One still continue to charges and refused to remove the charge unless I could provide proof of cancellation. Of course since we never signed up we could not provide proof of cancellation other than a written note before the service was to begin telling them we weren't a customer. Capital One refused to accept that saying we needed the vendor to acknowledge our email even though we had proof that they received it they refused to remove the charge and Capital One allow them to charge us even though the service wasn't gonna begin for another two weeks. If you want a good visa credit card use Citibank do not use capital one venture card.
Do not expect Capital One to consider your side or even your undisputable evidence in a charge dispute against a vendor. If you have a voicemail with undisputable evidence of a vendor making a promise to credit and then not following up, Capital One will not even listen to the clear evidence on the premise it is not a document. Give me a break... won't even listen to it! Note also that American Van Lines is a very untrustworthy organization whose personnel will lie in spite of statements given to the contrary!
Capital one just lost me as a customer never received my debt card. Called for a replacement Friday and said I would receive it by Monday or Tuesday at the latest and got notification my account was closed due to no activity … when my direct deposit was set to go in the bank on Friday now I I have to wait for a paper check to be issued which can be up to four days later I don't recommend them for services as they said I can open up a new one and set up a new direct deposit … no thank you! What a waste of my time I will never bank with them again! Super inconvenient and management said there's nothing they can do! Smh very very unhappy customer
I wish I could give a lower rating. Constantly locking me out of my card for suspicious activity and when I call in to get it unlocked, they ask for me to send in driver's license, social security card and proof of residents after I went through all the security measures. I wouldn't use their card unless you want to stay on the phone constantly
I've had these credit cards from Capital One (Quicksilver and Venture One) since 2002 and 2016, respectively. It is by far the worst credit cards I've ever had. It is very difficult to get an increase in credit limit. The "Variable" interest rate is constantly increasing. I've paid off the balances on these cards several times. My interest rates used to be 18-19%. Now, they are both at 25.9% for purchases & 27.9% for cash advances! Outrageous! This is highway robbery at its finest! I've paid off one of the cards once again and will be paying off the other by the end of the year. Once I do, both cards will be cancelled and I will never look back. Capital One can go to hell! This credit card company is just ripping people off and piggy-backing off hard working Americans. Both credit card companies and insurance companies should be regulated. We worry about hackers and scammers, but these right here are LEGALIZED SCAMMERS. Beware!
I have shown capital one my account was accessed by a former business partner. He admitted doing this he also obtained a credit card I had applied for. I went to capital one over 6 months ago about this. The account has been closed with $ 25,000 dollars missing and unaccounted for. I went to a branch again and was told capital one wished to end the relationship! I was totally amazed by this statement I told the manager I guess they would like this with $ 25,000. Dollars of my money. I am very aggravated as my wife and family are currently waiting overseas for me to join them and I can not do this until this matter is resolved. This bank has had previous breaches and hacks and now capital one has allowed this again, only this issue the person responsible admits to doing so and my family and I suffer for it as capital one is dragging it's feet to resolve the situation.
They f; in suck. I have a CC with them but they wont give me online access through the app however, they will always help me out over the phone. They wont email me my statement but they will mail them. Its all $#*!ed up and im livid. They suck balls.
My loan achieved maturity in June and suddenly I owe another 3400 dollar. Customer service is garbage, they have stayed that capitol one does not care about the customers. They just want more money. As a disabled veteran, one would think that the company would want to help. Instead, they have made outrageous demands for the remainder of the sum, and can care less that IF I agreed to their demands I would be left pennies to live on a month. I paid over ******* dollars on a ******* dollar loan, but now they want to repo my car over 3400 dollars they claim I owe, and refuse to allow for any type of flexibility to make restitution IF the money is actually owed, or refuse to show why they claim the money is owed. This has become a nightmare for me.

I've sent numerous emails, faxes, telephone calls and they have an email only system. It would be nice if the would respond to them!
Capital one sent me an email stating they closed my card out, do to suspicious activity, I called Capital one only to find out, I was being charged for a duplicate order, I sent in all of the information I had concerning, my outreach to this company Wiggy wigs and was told, because I ordered this one wig, I had to pay for the duplicate. Capital one email me and told me, there was suspicious activity, they caught Wiggy wigs, abusesing my information and closed my card out, now they're saying I have to pay for this wig when, Wiggy won't respond to me, when I ask them for a return label and address, so I can send this duplicate back, Capital one says, I have to pay for this wig, I am very upset.
I opened a Bass Pro Credit Card, that switched to Capital One. I was charged by On Star for a vehicle that I no longer owned. I filed a complaint/dispute with Capital One and was told I still needed to pay even though I filed a dispute, then I was told by a supervisor that I did not need to pay since I filed a dispute. I called On Star and they corrected the mistake and credited my card. Meanwhile, I was charged fees and reported to the credit bureau by Capital One so I paid my bill ( I only owed for On Star) When I call Capital One the reps transfer me many times and sups advise that I never filed a dispute. I have been told multiple times that I have a refund, and that they initiated the refund, but I have never received it. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Capital One responded to the complaint stating that they were going to send me a refund and correct my Credit report on 6/29/22. This has never been done. I have not received my refund, and my credit report has never been corrected. I have called to attempt to resolve this issue and was told that Capital One has filed a cease and desist and they will no longer work with me. I have other credit cards and have never experienced such terrible service.
Capitol one was recommended from a family member to help my credit score. I tried 2 times to make my payment and was advised after the 3rd time trying that my account was closed and capitol one wasn't even the company that informed me experian alerts went off and I checked sure enough card canceled. I was told on the phone that I had too many attempts and my account was marked as fraud! They take forever taking the money online to make a payment and didn't say a word to me about multiple attempts potentially causing my account to close I will never recommended them to anyone and will take my business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would have! F@$% you capitol one!
Answer: No really I can't I mean from the very beginning they said they mailed it and then a week later when I called and they had not mailed it yet when I checked my bank they take the money out of my bank and then tell me they're going to hold the money for 7 days to make sure the money is there I think they take the customers for granted in a big bad way
