I am overall really happy with my order. The pictures turned out pretty nice but I messed up my timing. I ordered and then right after there were lots of sales (still are) so I ended up paying quite a bit more than I would have if I waited like 2 days. But they are still worth the price I paid for sure. Shipping took longer than I anticipated but with everything going on, it makes sense.

I was disappointed in the size of the pillows for the price.

Did not print picture correctly. Reprinted exactly the same. Not able to print picture without enlarging to the point that only 1/3 of picture was printed. Waste of money to throw something in trash TWICE! Your company is a joke, will never recommend.

I've been waiting a month for my canvas, they sent me an email stating my canvas had been delivered however, after reviewing my 360 security cameras around my home and after a half hour of looking for it, it was never delivered. I've tried contacting them and was even told they are going to send another to replace the one I never got. I still have yet to get anything, if I ever get anything I'll most likely up date or change my review. Until then I am never going to recomend or buy again.

I love canvas people I'm very satisfied with all the products that I have ordered canvases, pillows, blankets would highly recommend this company

I ordered 2 prints on the same day (the 11th of April) and I received one of them.
The other said it had shipped on April 20th but when I clicked the tracker it says "ready to ship" but that it hadn't been taken to the USPS yet.

I've tried 4 times to reach someone for my order and NO ONE has responded. It's impossible to reach customer service or cancel your order. It's also been pretty impossible to dispute through PayPal.

I've ordered at least 5 products through Canvas People over the years. I will NO LONGER BE USING THEIR SERVICE. For anything.

They do not have satisfactory customer service in any definition of the word.

I had ordered from CanvasPeople and had a good experience so I felt comfortable placing a second bulk order. However, the second batch of prints I received were heavily pixelated and I was unable to make out the faces of the people in the pictures. I reached out to the company, and they refused to refund me my money. The photos I was trying to print were professionally taken and according to the scale on the website, were great quality. I am super disappointed that they refused to fix their mistake and also that I spent hundreds of dollars on photos I would be embarrassed to display in my house. In the future, I will be using a more reputable company like MixTiles for my photo prints. If you are looking for high quality photos and good customer service, use any other company for your prints.

I was super super scared to order from here due to reading the reviews. I ordered Thursday the 19th & I got my order today! Extremely fast shipping. My canvas looks exactly like the picture I uploaded. This is a memorial canvas for my husband who lost his best friend. Thank you for this!
