Have been ordering photos of my grandchildren and absolutely have always been pleased with finished products!

The Canvas Picture was Delivered and was Extremely Warped upon Arrival and does not look good on the wall

Apparently no one looked at the finished product I ordered for quality control. It's turned the wrong way, words are not seen on front, future brides face is wrapped around the bottom of the canvas. This was an engagement gift. We could not present this to the couple. Please have a SPECIALIST contact me. *******959.

Have not received product yet. But order was very easy and quick. Can't wait to receive my order.

Added my wife's fathers picture in the clouds of our wedding day. It meant so much to her and I really enjoyed being able to pick the size and see what it was going to look like before ordering.

I hate how the picture turned out it is not how I ordered it and it is for someone else.

Once the canvases I ordered were off color but as soon as I re-submitted the original photos Canvas People re-made the canvases and made it right. All the other canvases have been beautiful the first time!

Overall experience was great. The product arrived on time and the picture quality is wonderful.

Quality was just very poor and I paid the same price elsewhere and got absolutely stunning canvases

I was expecting it earlier as I had paid for faster shipping and was bemoaning the fact it didn't come on the date it was expected. My friend mentioned it was because it was probably shipped exactly as they said - "after it was made".
Made sense to me - so you might want to mention that a 3 day shipment means 3 days after product is produced - not from the order date.
Other than that all is well.
