Canvas picture

I received the canvas picture in a few weeks after ordering it. It turned out really nice with such vibrant colors. We have been wanting to buy a canvas art and saw so many pictures of The shores of Lake Superior. They were expensive and I told my husband let do one of our own pictures… I surprised him.

Easy ordering

Ordering was easy. Should have been able to crop photo instead of paying for it but it's ok. Will see what order comes out as. Hope it's a decent canvas print. Looking for a source for my photography business.

Wrong order

We were gifted 2 canvases for our 25 years Anniversary. My husbands and sons head was cut off. They want more $$ to correct them. A professional company would never let this go out due to they are not able to be displayed in anyone's home. Order at your on risk because the 100% satisfaction guarantee does not apply. Poor quality product

I was disappointed by this canvas company that clearly has no business making canvases. I wanted a photo made for Christmas and they ruined the whole purchase experience. Save your money and shop local your better off.

Great experience!

Not being 'schooled' in how to order this product, I completely messed up when I ordered my first canvas. One of my grandson's was completed cropped out! I explained my problem to customer service and they were generous enough to replace the canvas with me only having to pay shipping which is totally fair. Great company!

Be prepared for the canvas printed image to be grainy. I recommend canvas prints be restricted to photos without lots of detail.

My total order was $60+

Be aware you will receive a sales pitch each day via email from these people.

We received two canvas from Canva People which had one person's face cut off one and one person was cut off the other, we emailed and called, we spoke with a supervisor named Kim who made matters completely worse. They had the audacity to tell us that they don't check the images, they only check the images if you pay to have them checked! They're not professional enough to examine the quality of their work which was horrible. They didn't try to rectify it by reprinting it correctly or refunding so we're sharing our very unpleasant experience with Can. My mom is disabled and was stressing out about this so I'm letting this be made known. We're bringing awareness so no one else would experience such unprofessionalism!

Terrible

Ordered a custom pillow of our 13 year old dog who passed away, the picture blacked out his eye and cropped his ears off! When I wrote to them with my complaint, I was not offered any kind of solution. I wouldn't waste time or money with this site!

One for Two

As noted above, the larger canvas was horrible, even though is the one I paid a significant amount of extra dollars to have perfected. My mother doesn't even want it/refuses to take plastic off/keep, let alone hang it on her wall. I don't blame her. The smaller canvas was nicely done, yet I paid no add-on charges to improve quality. My nephew lives in FL, nieces in NY near grandma…there's a large age difference between him and the girls so we rarely get them together for a picture - so very disappointed.

Site seems nice. However Interface for editing pictures was a lot less than one would expect and limited my editing of the uploaded photo a lot, so much so that if this were not a free offer, I would not be buying anything here at all. And you folks most definitely need to fix your interaction/linking with PayPal, the cart would not allow me to use a balance I currently have with PayPal to checkout the shipping cost which were astronomically high. I had to select a card on file in order for checkout to succeed and complete the payment We'll see what the canvas artwork looks like when received, hopefully that will make up for this piss poor experience.

Hello Richard,

There does need to be a 2" border around your photo so that it may wrap properly. If this area does not exist, you will not be able to drag or move the photo within the cropping preview box. To proceed, you will need to choose a different photo, choose a larger canvas size or you can add a border using a photo editing tool prior to uploading it for your order.

As a courtesy, we can add a black or white border for you prior to you placing your order.

Keeping memories alive!

One star for the website

I've tried to create a canvas about 10 times from different devices and each time the photo either doesn't load or shows it has "loaded" but the canvas shows just blank white. Crossing my fingers and hoping the order i placed last week turns out properly.

Good canvas print for the price

Canvas printed exactly as the digital proof and specs. Colors look good. The website was a little weird applying the coupon code, I had to try several times and clear cache and use different browsers, so that is my only criticism.

Just ordered free print, only pay s&h which is $19.95. That's paying for the "free" print. Ordered anyway, anniversary gift for 26 years is a picture. So i think it ending up being a convenient deal. Hope canvas is nicely done!

Irritated because I needed these canvases much sooner for an event but your shipping and handling last week was absolutely and ridiculously outrageous and now I won't get these on time; essentially ruining my surprise for my dearest friends, some I only see once a year. I've used you site before and could not believe that. If this dilemma occurs again, you will lose me as a customer. It's a shame because I like your products.

Absolutely beautiful canvas! I purchased as a gift for mom, who lives out of state. She claims to have "only taken one good picture in her life," so I had it made for Christmas. I'll be honest, I haven't even seen it in person yet, but I got a very excited phone call from my mom! Pictures followed, and it's absolutely beautiful. The photo is crisp and clear, and it looks very professional with the added frame!
