It took just over 2 weeks to receive my order. I ordered 3 canvas pictures after that and received them before this order. The delivery date changed 3 times. I hate DHL and don't know why you still use them.

Shipping charges are ridiculous. The canvases are great, but I paid more for shipping than for the 3 items I ordered. There was an offer of $4.99 shipping if you signed up for text messages. Unfortunately, it didn't apply if you ordered via the web page. Nonsense. I am not sharing my credit card information via telephone. Very poor business practices. I doubt that I will order again, even though I have also ordered in the past (with $4.99 shipping).

I wish you had the option of being able to access past orders with pictures, so that I could easily reorder them rather than having to locate them on my laptop once more. Also wish that shipping was much less.

I had an issue with my first order of this photo and contacted customer service. They replied promptly and were courteous, after discussing the issues, it was agreed that I could order a new photo of the same size for no charge. In both cases delivery was prompt and everything was well packaged. The second photo turned out just as I had hoped. I'm thankful that my concerns wet

Easy to order, received item a couple days late but was issue with post office and not CanvasPeople. Canvas turned out great considering the photo was blurry to begin with, will order again next year once we have a better photo taken, not company's fault at all.

It was super easy to order our canvas and it came much faster than expected! The quality is nice and I'm glad we ordered. I didn't know what to expect as I've never ordered from this company before but I'm very pleased with the product we received.

We are very pleased with how easy it was online to choose and complete our order online. The 16×20 photo is beautiful and has great detail & color. The cost was amazing. Because there was a promotion and we only had to pay for shipping. The delivery was fast and the box was in perfect shape with no damage. I'm ordering again and already have photo picked out. Love my canvases I've ordered and shipping is always been pretty quick. This is my third time ordering from CanvasPeople. I ordered 4 different prints this time around, usually I order only 1 at a time. I don't understand why each one of my prints were charged for shipping separately, but all 4 were sent in one shipment together. Seems like the individual shipment cost for each print makes up for the promo codes that was used for percentage off on the prints.

This canvas was a Mothers Day gift for my mother-in-law. My husband, her son passed away 9 years ago. I had a canvas made of a photo of him. When she opened the package she cried. Then proceeded to call me to tell me how beautiful the canvas is and that's she's deciding the right spot to hang it. Thank you Canvas People for a job well done.

My mother took some pics of my daughter & i right before we went to feed the homeless this thanksgiving. One of them i feel in love w/. Just around that time i had got an email from canvaspeople, i couldnt help but take them up on there awesome offer. My canvas turned out beautiful just like the pic i sent to them. As always, CanvasPeople has produced another high-quality canvas print for me! The frame is lightweight yet sturdy, the image perfectly centered as directed and my order was filled very efficiently. Shipping was quick, packaged well and handled with care. My box arrived undamaged and the canvas inside was in perfect condition. This is the second time I have ordered a canvas print from CanvasPeople and have never been disappointed. I'll be a loyal customer from now on! I have ordered 2 canvases lately from CanvasPeople. Both were decently priced. Under $30 each. I felt like both were soft images... not so detailed. It is not terrible, but I didn't love it. My resolution was fine on my camera, and I did not fuss. I just was NOT overly excited about either canvas. I have them hanging up, and they look ok... I don't know if I would order again or not.

I haven't received my canvas yet but ordering was so easy! I appreciated how they gave the option to edit the photo some and change the zoom aspect or change to portrait view. Other sites don't have those options!

I like the deals you offer but, 99 cent picture then when I put in 5 8 x 10 pictures it was a 140.00 shipping really! It doesn't cost that much to send. Just charge a reasonable price for the pictures and a standard shipping fee!

Update: received my promotional canvas and am super pleased! I LOVE the way the canvas turned out- it is great quality. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

My husband passed away totally unexpected in July, 2020. The canvas I had done was of the two of us dancing. In now hangs in a very special spot in my house where I can see and look at it every day. I am more than pleased with how it came out

I've ordered twice from canvas people very easy to order and checkout they have some of the coolest gifts and great prices and if you have a problem someone is always sitting on ready to help and Doesn't take any time hardly to get your product shipped to you
