I've orders wall prints in the past. Was very satisfied. This time I ordered photo mugs. Here's how the process occurred. -Production was very fast….a few days. -shipped out very soon. -Box arrived…with FRAGILE tagged all over. Delivered by FedEx. -Upon opening it I saw a box filled with carefully Double-wrapped mugs. Packed carefully obviously. -Two of the mugs were cracked unfortunately. But not from packing error. Obviously broken during shipping. -I contacted Customer service. -They immediately responded they would replace the two broken mugs. -a day later I received shipment notice. -two days later received replacements. This time not broken. I am VERY satisfied with this company's great customer service protocol. Even though the broken items were not their fault, they took excellent care of my order. I am also very happy with the product. The picture mug is very crisply and cleanly created. The photo is very clear. I will be using them again in the future.

Then, when I tried to make another book, the uploading tool for photos wouldn't work. When I called customer service, they were barely invested in helping and when I used what they told me to do, it still didn't work. There's 2 and 1/2 hours I would love back. It's not worth it. My recent use of this website left me with mixed feelings. I felt as though i was being scammed for photos and that the UI was exceedingly hard to read. The font choice hurt my eyes and the Artificial Intelligence consultant kept saying horrible things to me. The chess features were pretty good, but thats all this site has going for it.
I will not be using it again.

Initially, my monitor was too bright. This could cause dark images. After adjusting and previewing with other monitors, I thought I had a good match. However, the next series of prints came in over saturated and still too dark. Customer service is slow. I was offered a reprint for one image. I accepted, but hey, they didn't notice me as to how to claim the reprint. They have been silent since I replied back that yes, I would like a reprint. Radio silence for weeks.
Definitely had a good purchasing, redeeming, uploading, designing experience. Received my canvas at a good turn around rate. But Im a little disappointed that I wasnt able to hang it up right away because there was nothing attached to the back to easily hang it. No holes, no brackets, nothing. Now I have to worry about. Other than that, it looks good.
The order comprised one, single, large photo collage from five smaller photos. The two top pictures on the finished product had my friend's head cut off at the top. This differed from the photo that appeared on the screen when I placed the order. Also, her chin was cut off from one image at the bottom.
When I expressed dissatisfaction, customer service offered 70% off the next purchase rather than attempting to fix the issues. The finished photo is not at all fit to hang and is a complete waste of money.
I will never order again from Canvas On Sale/Canvas Discount. Therefore, the coupon is useless.
I am dissatisfied with the photo that I received and the lack of customer satisfaction.
I was told that Canvas On Sale/Canvas Discount does not check or edit the photo or photos prior to printing. Here, editing was not required. Proper positioning of the photos was. I expected the photo to look like the example provided at the time of selection.

I bought this through groupon and have yet to receive my blankets that I bought as Christmas gifts. I have emailed and not received a response. I also called the company and music played for about 5minutes before I hung up. I read such great reviews but so far I still haven't received my items and I haven't received a tracking number. I purchased the items at the beginning of LAST week.
I purchased two 36x24 canvas prints through group-on and I had a question for customer service about doing each one together or separately and a representative got right back to me. The quality was amazing when I quickly received the finished projects! Definitely a satisfied customer...

I was unsure of ordering a 30 X 40 canvas wrapped print of a photograph. It turned out great, both in terms of print quality and construction of the wrapped canvas. It was the perfect solution to hide a large utility panel in my entrance hallway. The photograph was taken by my son on one of our mission trips to Haiti. I always loved this unusual picture and now have it prominently displayed.

This was the first time and this will be the last time i order from this company. I thought I could just get the picture and hang it but i have to get frame or something to hang on wall. It was just a piece of glass with nothing on back to hang. NEVER AGAIN!

The regular prices are absurdly high, so wait for a sale and order multiple items to spread out the shipping cost. I have purchased about 20 canvases over the last few years.
My only advise is that the print is darker than it appears on a monitor, so make it lighter than you actually want.

The overall quality of the canvas is good; however, I am disappointed that it is not backed and did not come with a hanger on the back. The thickness of the canvas is thinner than another one I had done (with another company), so I was disappointed that they did not match. The price discount was wonderful. I got a Groupon for a large canvas print, so I got an awesome deal. We had been looking for the perfect piece to put over our fireplace and this helped make it happen! It's also cool to see your own picture become art.
I purchased 12 canvases - metal. Many were used as gifts. The shipping boxes were ridiculously large for the size of the product, but the packaging was insecure and insufficient. Upon arrival, only 2 of my pictures did not have corners lifting and/or dinged. One of the pictures has colors that are off and is incredibly blurred. Customer service has not once responded to attempts to contact them about the issues. They were purchased mid-February, arrived end of February, today is May 2.
I won't order from them again. Other companies have excellent products and service.

I ORDERED ON GROUPON. WENT TO THE SITE AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE SIZE AS AN OPTION. SO I SPENT 2 DAYS TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. ENDED UP GETTING A REFUND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

I purchased through Groupon. I went to Canvas site to make canvas and it would not allow me to use discount code. I emailed about that they said can not use mobile phone you have to use computer after you clear all browsing data. I do not use computer alot of people use their phone today. I finally got that to work using my iPad. At top of page it said free 12× 8 with purchase nothing else,so assuming that's what it meant. I email them. I sent screenshot. THE $#*! THAT EMAILED ME SENT AN EMAIL SAYING WAS MAKING IT EASIER FOR ME TO COMPREHEND LIKE IM A DUMBASS OR SOMETHING! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN PERIOD!
After creating an account and working on my photo book project for hours. They inadvertently lost the entire thing. I got an Error message to contact Customer service. Which I have done 3 times. They have been zero help. And spit out the same info. "Please create an account for your project". Which was already done.
Over and over I have tried to resolve this with them asking for my lost project to be retrieved.
I can not work with this company they have shown me they are completely incompetent. Hours of work gone.

I would advise people not to waste hours of time creating a photo book, calendar etc. only to have it erased by an obvious problem in their system.

I purchased an order from Groupon and I am hooked! I have ordered 13 canvas' so far and just bought another 5. The quality is amazing and it arrives so fast! Love love love them!
I own a photography business and tried them out. They were timely and well packaged but 4 of my 5 peices didn't have a hanger bracket on the back. They said they would send me one and would not help anymore then that. The package I purchased included it but they are not willing to help.
Do yourself a favor and either be 100% sure your order is correct or go somewhere else.
