My canvas came out perfect. The picture wrapped around the sides like I wanted and it turned out wonderful! Shipping and printing was very fast and worth it
CanvasOnSale delivered a quality product at a reasonable price. My pictures were delivered in a timely manner, I will utilize there services again and again.
I still have not received a response from customer service so I reached out to Groupon via chat and they were going to look into it... still waiting on that response also.
So previously I tried numerous times to get the code to work and decided to try it again a couple days ago and lo and behold it worked. FINALLY!

When trying to order my acrylic print through a Groupon promo, I receive an insufficient image data error.
I know it's not my image since I have ordered using the exact same image and size.
I do want to say that the two items I have received were very nice and had a quick delivery time, it's the lack of customer service that is worst.
I have tried to use the Canvas on Sale chat and no matter what time of day, it always says no agents are available.
Nobody ever answers at (855) 637- 2253, you get a recording saying they are experiencing high call volume, gives you an approximate wait time then eventually it will say to try your call later and hangs up.
No response from emails sent to:
support@canvaspeople.com or info@canvassale.com
I now am waiting on a response from Groupon chat and email.
I just want a refund and will take my business elsewhere.
I have ordered a number of canvas prints from you guys and they all came out AMAZING. Every photo was beautiful. I would 100 percent reccommend this company to all my family and friends.

I was worried what the quality of the print would look like due to the prices and the huge promo code savings. They did not disappoint. I will definitely be back.
But, the photos should have been placed better in the center, the photo on the bottom showed more than necessary and the one in top almost cut the head!
THEY SENT THE WRONG PHOTO. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND SPENT 3 HOURS TRYING TO REACH THEM ON THE PHONE. AFTER 10 MINUTES ON HOLD THEY HANG UP. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND REPORTING FRAUD. I ORDERED THE LOONS 12X16 AND RECEIVED THE FLOWER 8X8
My children sent professionally done photographs from our Family Christmas that were on a zip drive to Canvasonsale to have canvas' made as a gift for me. There was no color variances on the photos sent to them, yet out of five canvas' ordered only one canvas had the correct coloring, four other canvas' the coloring was completely off. I sent an email explaining what happened, 1 month later they responded with a lame excuse for technical issues with their emails. They asked to see an example of the canvas' so I sent side-by-side photos demonstrating how off the color was. Another Three weeks went by before a response, again they apologized for their technical issues, then proceeded to say it's not their fault and there was nothing they could do. Most companies would care about the quality of what they're selling, they obviously got their money and don't really care about the quality of their product, it's very shady. Don't do business with this company, they are poorly managed and really don't care about their customers.
Way better print quality than I expected for the price. Looks great and was delivered very quickly. I went back for a second and then a third order and they won't be my last.
I have dealt with them for years and have always been satisfied with their products and service. I will continue to do business with them for years to come.
Price is right and sales associate helped me on the phone with my order to make it just perfect! The quality of the canvas is great and I look forward to ordering again in the near future.
I have a lovely pic of my neice and her dog watching the sunset the last day of their stay at our place in Scituatee MA. It turned out great. But I should have lightened it before hand.
Love the quality of this blanket. The softness is heavenly and the print is perfectly clear. Surprisingly it was made in Germany! How can they do that for the price?
