Our family is very happy with the clarity and quality of the 30 x 40" canvas picture from CanvasOnSale. We selected several of our favorite family pictures and created a 6 picture collage using Adobe Spark. Spark was free for our initial use on the one project.
I ordered canvases through a groupon. I received my delivery on December 16. My shipment had been damaged, and, have been trying to get a hold of this 'company' ever since. I cannot get them to answer their telephone number, or, to respond by email. I have not been able to get what i originally ordered, nor, a response. This is a scam company. DO NOT ORDER. If you have any doubt, try calling them before you order. If you get disconnected without talking to somebody, DO NOT ORDER! This ruined a Christmas present for my son and daughter in law. They are not even willing to make it right.
I ordered 3 small canvases with a Groupon. They took a while to get to me, but that's expected where I live. I was very excited to get them. The detail and quality of the prints are great. However, the folding over the wood frame of the canvas is loose and puckered at the corners, giving them the impression of a hastily wrapped present. I intended to give these as a gift but am reconsidering and may opt to spend a little more for a higher quality framing. They are fine for my office.
The code will not redeem and there is a customer service phone number on their site that is out of service do not waste your time or money most likely a scam. If you have already purchased a Groupon for them I I suggest you contact Groupon report them and get your money back.
I also bought a groupon, but when I entered the code--nothing happened. The instructions said to check out. I did. Nothing showed that I had completed my purchase, AND it showed that I still had an item in my basket so I hit purchase again--same result. Mind you, I had already PAID for the groupon. I was within the time frame for ordering. I checked my email and they said the purchase was complete TWICE! They charged me 104.00! TWICE! There is no apparent number for customer service so I emailed them to instruct them to return my money. NO RESPONSE. AT. ALL. Groupon will only refund the cost of the groupon--you are on your own with this dishonest business!
I ordered my blanket Nov 10. I received an email on Dec 3 that it was shipped. I was unaware that there is no tracking with this product - wish they would have stated that in the order process. I've tried calling 3 days in a row. Like others, the automated system repeats the "All representatives are busy" 3 times, and then disconnects.
They provide an email address, I sent an email. The email I received back was in German, and most of it encrypted. I resorted to calling Groupon, Got someone in the Philippines. Got absolutely nowhere. I guess that money was tossed to the winds.
I am always pleased with my canvases! The deliver time is perfect and quality is impeccable! I have ordered several sizes aND send them out as gifts! Everyone is pleased with their gifts and asks where did it come from. Thanks for wonderful service!
Seriously, they offer good deals without the vouchers and they say you can buy up to 5 vouchers each. Well, each voucher has to be redeemed on a separate cart with new shipping (minimum $9.99 each order). Not a good way to do business
I bought the photo blanket which was a joke. It's the size of a towel and the photos came out really dark. I have called this company multiple times and I have emailed them multiple times as well. They responded once to one of my emails and then never again. Total waste of money and time.

Website was easy to navigate, ordering was easy and the canvasses are of good quality. I ordered some for ourselves and a couple as gifts. By splitting my orders, the gifts were mailed separately for us. Thank you.
I had a bit of a hiccup bc I gave the wrong address by mistake, but once that was sorted out, everything was fantastic! I got my canvases in about a week, and they even sent a replacement for the address mistake! I would definitely buy from here again!
I have placed several orders and, even tough many have said customer service doesn't exist, I placed an order anyway. Well, I received an order all right. Except. They are not my photos!. I have tried for days, to call and email and can not get anyone. Finally, got an email a week later asking for my order again, and which one's I did not get. Sent in all the info they asked for and then got an email that said my order was ready to ship. I did receive the complete order and all are perfect. I still say they're customer service could use improving but, they did come through and I am very happy and will continue to use them.
I'm not one to write reviews but this one deserves it. I travel a lot for my jobs and I never would've thought a photo on my GoPro would be canvased as beautifully as it was by CanvasOnSale. It was more than a steal for the price I paid with a coupon, the quality is unreal for a 48x36. I can't wait to come back home from overseas and hang it up at my place. A superb job and I sincerely mean this. Great work.
I ordered a magic mug in 'Red Color' and was expecting the picture to appear only after it is filled with hot liquid. However, the mug has the photo displayed regardless of any liquid filled in. I wish I would have known that the photo will not be shown only if you order in 'Black Color'. They need to post it in the step where they ask to choose color of the mug. Ordered through groupon. The voucher number that was given the company stated invalid. After emailing several times on the site that the company gave and calling multiple times on number provided and never having anyone answering I'm attempt to cancel order. Would have been a nice Christmas gift but company does not come through. Beware
I ordered enough prints to cover 3-4 walls in my home and they all turned out fabulous. The prints came in well packaged and in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my orders and will be back for future orders very soon!

The company and the product are awesome. There customer service was amazing... the best I have ever received considering there was a slight mix up and they were extremely polite, non confrontational, proactive and efficient. I received my blanket within a week. So happy. Thank you!
This company does really nice work. Its a shame that they are a total mess. Orders are never sent complete. I have received orders twice and other orders not at all. Their customer service is a negative zero. Don't try calling, because you will never get thru. If you email them, it will be of no help. They simply don't care. If they do it right, then great. If they do it wrong, then you SOL.

I ordered a 24x36 canvas of my friend's engagement picture and it could not have been anymore perfect. I ordered on a Tuesday and it was already at my house Friday night. She has gotten SO many compliments on the quality of the photo and the canvas. I recommend this site to everyone and I will definitely order again.
