I've called 5 times. Aside from getting disconnected or being on hold 20 minutes to be connected to another 10 of dead air before being hung up on, they keep sending me a copy paste of the same deterring excuse for why I still haven't received a package that was "shipped" a month ago. Now it's still in production when I search the order status.

Bought a Groupon for a 36x48 canvas, but CanvasOnSale wouldn't upload my 36x48' formatted print. Why on earth do they sell this size when you cannot upload a formatted photo. Apparently it's too large.

I have ordered several canvases of varying size and I have order acrylics. I will list out the pros and cons of using CanvasOnSale.
First Pros:
1) Great deals… best of any internet site I have found

2) Fast turn around time. I get notified of production completion usually the very next day, but sometimes the same day, depending on what time I order

3) fast shipping. I have received shipments within the same week as ordering. Almost unheard of in this industry unless you pay more for ‘rush' status

4) shipping cost. Very reasonable. Some places charge per item. COS does not. The more items I have shipped, each individual pieces shipping cost become exponentially lower

5) communication. COS sends emails to keep you informed where in the process your order is, throughout production and shipping.

6) *here is the most important one* The quality of the product. I have experienced discount sites who don't calibrate their printers often enough which leads to slight to moderate discoloration. Not COS. Everyone of the pieces that I have ordered has been perfect. The colors are duplications of the original. Outstanding product

7) follow up. With every finished order, COS incentivizes further purchases by offering deep discounts.

Cons: truthfully, I have yet to experience a con. I have emailed customer service one time. They were responsive, courteous and helpful.

Bottom Line: CanvasOnSale is a very good business to work with. They maintain communications with their clients, they offer incredibly fast turn around times, they produce a top notch product, and they do all those things at beyond fair pricing. Ordering from any other site just does not make sense.

After following their trouble shooting steps a few times still had to send in proof of screenshots and pdf files to get the code approved. But other than that the metal frame came in well packaged and looks amazing on our wall.

I submitted my review prior to seeing an email for the follow up resolution. I will review again after the recent resolution.

Was a lot better than I was expecting. Shipping was a little long but was sufficient enough for a five star review

I ordered a Canvas for my mom for mothers day. It wasn't packed right for shipping so it was damaged. It was literally just put in a box with no packing material whatsoever for shipping. I let them know about it immediately and sent pictures of the damage. They responded the next day saying they would get it out in the mail asap. Turns out they didn't even send it til the following week and i didn't get it til the end of the week. Come to find out the canvas was again in a box with absolutely no packing material again and although damage was minor there was still damamge. So ridiculous. I would not ever recommend anyone ordering from canvas on sale. They certainly won't get any order from me again

Will not answer the phone, chat does not respond keeps saying no agents. Email gets you canned responses that were obviously copied and pasted instead of actually listening and helping. Had a Groupon, had it refunded because I was getting nowhere.

I've loved everything that I've ordered from them! The quality of the prints is great! The website is easy to yo negotiate. You can slightly edit the print (zoom in, center), choose the border, add if you want to add hangers, all. Yay clicking a button! And delivery is quick!

Gorgeous pictures I had several done if my kids and I absolutely loved each and every one of them and such a great price!

I excitedly ordered 4 large canvas prints. All 4 were printed sideways, with large black edges where the picture should have been. I asked got reprints after showing the poor craftsmanship to only receive prints that were not only worse, but the corners were all worn down to white during shipping. If you dare, then don't order a reprint when it turns out laughable.

I have ordered many times from this site and get excellent service eachtime. Will recommend to others.

I was unsure of ordering a 30 X 40 canvas wrapped print of a photograph. It turned out great, both in terms of print quality and construction of the wrapped canvas. It was the perfect solution to hide a large utility panel in my entrance hallway. The photograph was taken by my son on one of our mission trips to Haiti. I always loved this unusual picture and now have it prominently displayed.

This company really created Andrés realized wonderfull and amazing jobs in photos and frames! I loved their jobs! They are very creatives.

The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because my large black 7 white canvas I ordered is too dark and can barely see the people's faces. However, if they "make it right" and re-do then I will change this to 5 star!

I placed my order on February 10,2021. The website says
My wall décor will be "Shipped within 24h, with delivery taking an additional 2-6 business days." It has been 3 weeks and the online tracking says in transit. So i emailed customer service and they responded with a standardized answer of "We are happy to let you know that below mentioned products are now shipped." which tells me nothing. I can not attest to the quality of the products because i have not received them nor received a satisfactory response from customer service.

I couldn't be happier with my order. One of the prints arrived damaged and I contacted customer service and they reprinted and shipped the item to me for free. The communication was very smooth and I received the replacement within a few days.
Very happy with the prints, beautiful clear images even on a 36x24 canvas that I ordered. I will certainly order more prints now that I see the quality.
