Another unhappy customer. They lie about shipping - they send out shipping confirmations when they have not even produced the item yet. They blame it on being busy, but that is just a deceptive practice. When you ask them about it a week later, when the item does not update on the shoppers site (it shows that the info was transmitted, but never actually shipped) they then promise to ship a couple of days later after they produce it. They won't refund shipping or expedite shipping - liars and terrible customer service. Buyers beware,
There was a tear on the bubble wrap which made the sticky part of the tape stick to the canvas. And there was huge line across the canvas which is not there on the original painting(spent hours making this painting perfect but can't afford another order now). It's visible enough at normal viewing distance..
This is my second order from this company. My best friend's pet passed away and I wanted to send him a special gift so I had a photo blown up on canvas for him. Black and white. Super impressed, good quality for the price, I would recommend. The photo below is what he sent me when he received it.

I purchased 2 puzzles, with Living Social coupons, and they arrived today. They are not worth the money I spent. The puzzles are thin and come in a plastic sleeve/bag. Not sure we will be giving these as gifts.
I would not recommend anyone spending their money on a puzzle sold by this company.

The canvas print looks great in our living room. People can't believe I took the picture with my cell phone. I'll definitely buy another one when I find just the right photo for my game room and office.
Here is my honest opinion. I enjoy the quality a lot, the picture looks really great. The packing is done also very nice. I was worried about any damages which can happen during the delivery. But no issues with that. The packing is safe. But the only reason that may change thoughts about this service is the long delivery. For me it took 5 days to arrive. It's may be too long. But I think it's not the company fault but the of the service which provides delivery. Support helped me a lot with that. Thank you, support. For anything else - 5 stars. Recommend
Had great experience with company. Got worried that my order took a little too long to arrive, but now that my split prints are up on the wall and don't fail to impress my guests, I'd like to tell the whole world that you can trust this company.
I ordered 2 of the same prints as Christmas presents and one was perfect and the other had a huge smudge mark across the person's face. I tried contacting Best Canvas several times (I'm on #9 as I write this), and they either cut off the call, or leave you on hold forever and then cut you off. I tried emailing them at the contact info on their site and no reply.
I've ordered from canvasdiscount, previously, and was pleased with their work. I decided to order 4 canvases for Christmas gifts, which were guaranteed to be here by Christmas (ordered December 11th). The day after I placed my order, I got an email saying my products were ready for shipping. Then I got another email saying my products would be shipped by a company from Germany. If canvasdiscount is a US company, why are my products coming from Germany? I've emailed the company twice, only to get no response. Here it is Christmas Eve and my gifts are sitting in NY, while I'm in SC having to go purchase extra gifts for my family until these arrive. I will never use this company again!
I was stumped on what to give my family for Christmas and then I came upon this site. I ordered several canvases all different sizes. I was amazed with the speedy delivery being so close to Christmas and the quality was outstanding. I am very pleased with the quality and the service. I would highly recommend them! I've several canvases from here and loved each and every one. Turn around time is excellent but as usual a little longer during the holidays. Couldn't ask for better service or quality. Happy customer, returning customer!
Wow. Wish I had thought to read reviews before I bought- serves me right. Really horrible quality - can see the wood "frame" underneath the "canvas." And, my order came in a huge box, which was odd, considering I only ordered an 8x10 print. I had four additional prints from someone else's order in Boulder, CO. It's got the Fed Ex label attached to it and everything. Guess I might be nice and play Fed Ex delivery guy, but they'll be disappointed when they get their order...
I did try to call them - same story as most reviewers on here - no answer. Got an answering machine that says the mailbox is full. No doubt, considering the complaints online - I can only imagine the complaints in that inbox. This company won't last much longer. There are far better options out there.
--Item not received: Canvas was to be received in 5-7 days, waited 3 weeks it never showed up
--Poor communication: I've tried to contact via email several times but communication is spotty and when they did respond, bestcanvas didn't deliver on their follow-up
--Foreign transaction fee: Extre fee applied to my credit card statement because transaction goes through a Europen country (?). Didn't show this at checkout and not sure I will get this money back.
The entire experience was just wonderful. Very easy website to navigate, excellent prices, super fast shipping and gorgeous quality. Ordered a photo of my bff's cat and it was her all time favorite gift.
I just had a lot of high quality pictures printed on canvas by Bestcanvas.
My camera has a full frame sensor and great optics (Sony RX1) that produces sharp pictures with beautiful colors.
All the prints from Bestcanvas appeared washed out (low saturation) and blurry. I was really disappointed.
Will never order from them again. No matter how cheap it is, it is not something you would want to hang on any wall.
Their aluminum prints are pretty low quality. It's just regular photo paper on an aluminum sheet, and doesn't look metallic like I expected. One photo arrived scratched, another huge enlargement had paint splotches and the third was printed vertically instead of horizontally.
To top it all off, they make you attached the metal hooking device yourself without any guidelines. Please stay away from these guys.

Ordered 2 of their facemask back on May 25. For 2 weeks the tracker had it being in production, then its now back at just arrived to them. No one ever answers phone. A bot answers reviews with no help offered. Probably should have read reviews before ordering. Keeping fingers crossed though that im wrong. If I am i will update/ write a better review.
