I just love Bahamas no. 2 picture which I purchased from bestcanvas service. It’s so simple and it has major relaxing impact. Its true colors look well and calm. This blue ocean canvas fits perfect within any interior. Awesome canvas!

After reading a number of the BestCanvas reviews on this site I was concerned that I may have made a mistake ordering 7 various sized canvasses from them. Upon receiving the canvasses less than 2 weeks later I was very pleasantly surprised... they were amazing! Items were printed, mounted and shipped in less than 48 hours... they arrived in perfect condition, individually wrapped in bubble packaging and all placed into one large box. The colors, brightness and sharpness of detail was far better than thought possible and we were totally delighted with the service BestCanvas provided... not to mention the competitive pricing. We are already looking at having another order printed...

The price of canvas prints has come way down (thankfully) and now I was finally able to put our most special family photos much deserving of this elegant format up in our family room. Great product, quick delivery, and very reasonably priced.

Received masks almost 10 full days later than latest "predicted" delivery.

They are custom masks of the bottom of my face. They look great, but...

The metal nose piece was off to the side on both masks, so they had to be manipulated carefully back into place.

Customer service offered me a future discount... but I'm never shopping with them again.

Not happy with order
December 19, 2021

I just ordered 11 pictures framed in wooden frames. The quality is messy and poor workmanship. Each frame comes together in the corners and 7 of the 11 framed pictures are coming apart at the corners where the frames were not glued together properly. Now I'm going to have to fix them and that's not good. I'm hoping the company can give me an easy fix as I need to hang them in a new furnished rental this month. Also, a reminder to add the back hanger to the order as I forgot. Very disappointed. :(

Horrible experience
September 23, 2018

I was given the wrong product, and then charged for two frames instead of one. Upon asking for the correct picture and/or refund, I was told to cut up the pictures to have any hope of receiving my money back. This is not how you keep loyal customers... over what a picture frame? Plenty of other services online, won't be using yours.

Huge orders - almost no customer service
February 22, 2021

It appears that small orders seem to be handled well based on customer ratings. As business we ordered over $2,000 worth of items. Ten missing mounts never received, several bent large metal photos and NO RESPONSE to customer service emails -- don't have a working phone. The quality (when not bent) is nice. Wish they valued customer service more. AVOID if you are making larger orders.

I was excited to have my wedding picture that was taken on the beach printed on a large canvas with canvasdiscount.com, but boy was I disappointed when I received the print. The colors were completely off (my wife and I looked as if we were from another continent), the picture was also much darker and there were weird pattern lines across the whole photo. I will include some pictures alongside the original. Will definitely ask my money back.

I am an artist. I ordered masks to be made from an image of one of my paintings. Two things were wrong. They did not come with the clips shown to be able to adjust them. When I ordered a second time( over $100 worth) they were much smaller than my first order. Quality control is not their strong suit.

Good value

Overall good value for the price. I ordered 12 canvases on my initial order and am pleased with 11 of them. Timely shipping and they arrived nicely packaged. One has 3 random ink dots on the surface which completely detracts from my photo. Would love to have that one reprinted.

This was an inexpensive framing company my wife found... and it shows. The frames look like they were done by a 10 year old - tweaked and unable to be flattened. They do not sit flat against the wall, so are useless; company never returned emails. 3 out of the 4 pics were bad. See an example picture of one attached - even worse in person.

Ordered several canvases on a Monday evening. The order shipped out on Tuesday, and received on Thursday of the same week. Impressive! Very pleased with all canvases and prices. Used a coupon for further discount. Only concern is that the day after ordering the prices did go down. Anxious to see if they honor the 110% price match on their own prices. Haven't received a response yet from the e-mail I sent two days ago regarding price reduction. Followup: After a week, I still have not received a response to my two e-mails. Tried phoning twice, and got an answering machine, which cut me off on the third announcement that "a representative will be with you shortly".

UPDATE: I got no response from this company until one month later. Today I received a note from "Philip" of Customer Service, via SiteJabber, asking if I used the correct e-mail for correspondence. Seriously?

Don't use this Company

Poor quality control and customer service. Ordered three prints on metal which i received in a reasonable time but got no order confirmation via email. All of the prints have imperfections like bubbles and dents making them unusable for display. Waiting to hear if they will allow me to return the prints and get a refund.

We love your service but had the misfortune of getting a wrong print before an art show. The trim was off. We had to go to a local service and pay more to have it redone. Please be careful with customers' work -- sometimes it's not just for hanging at home. Otherwise, you guys are usually great.

I don't know what it is about these canvas websites but man it's hard to find a good one. Website advertises that it's ready to ship in 24 hours, took them 5 days. They ship it out and it's stuck in "delay: attention needed" for 8 days before it's shipped back to sender. I emailed twice and got the same stock, robotic response, word-for-word each time. I called and they said it's because they can't ship to P. O. Boxes- so do your job and don't allow it on the website or take note of it and contact the customer when it happens. How is that so hard? I won't buy from them again. So sick of going back and forth.

SCAM BEWARE
January 23, 2020

Ordered 8 pictures at the beginning of this month (delivery expected within 5-10 days), only received one picture and cannot get in touch with anyone. Called customer service, no one picks up and the recording hangs up after ten minutes on hold, tells you to email them instead. Then you email, and no one answers! Have been calling for days with no luck. Disputed the charge through CC company due to fraud, after having read all of these shady reviews. To be noted, the number listed on the transaction in my CC app is different than the number on their website. When we called, it was a number for a restaurant!
