Ordered 8 pictures at the beginning of this month (delivery expected within 5-10 days), only received one picture and cannot get in touch with anyone. Called customer service, no one picks up and the recording hangs up after ten minutes on hold, tells you to email them instead. Then you email, and no one answers! Have been calling for days with no luck. Disputed the charge through CC company due to fraud, after having read all of these shady reviews. To be noted, the number listed on the transaction in my CC app is different than the number on their website. When we called, it was a number for a restaurant!
Their *******781 Customer service automated wait message hung up twice after 6 minutes 48 seconds per call. On the third call, a live Customer Service person answered by accepting the order number and advised me to email issue with photos showing damaged products received. I had already emailed the previous day. They found my previous email and said they would ship replacement and email its tracking number. In terms of product, the lightweight frames with mat and photo were fine on first order but cracked on frames in second order. The canvas print of first order was not a crisp as the framed version (perhaps that's normal).
Ordered two orders. One showed up with no problems. The second order shows delivered by UPS but we have not received it. UPS says seller has to start investigation. There is no phone number at canvasdiscount.com. Only email. They do not respond to the emails. Shady

I originally gave a bad review because I thought I was being ignored. Turned out to be computer glitches. Since that time, Canvasdiscount has done more than exceed my expectations in customer service. The picture I was having trouble with has been replaced and is perfect.
If you are looking for a serviceable product, suitable for hanging on your wall, where it won't get any wear and tear, this is an excellent choice. I have made several orders from this company, and I don't think their prices can be beat. The quality of the product is certainly good enough for the usual application, hanging against a wall where there is no light to filter through. One of my large orders had two problems: one canvas had some minor scuffing, and one photo looked washed out. I sent pictures of the problems, and the company quickly replaced the canvases, with beautiful results. The colors are great. I expect to order from this company again and again. It's great value for the price. Artists and gallery owners have complemented me on these canvas photos when there were on public display.
Fool me twice, shame on me! I placed a large order with this company two years ago and about 25% of the pieces had rub scars on the surface or had creases showing from the canvas pressing against the wooden frame in transit. I contacted the company and sent photos that clearly showed the issue with the pieces. They were good about quickly replacing the items. A week ago, I decided to give them a second chance, thinking the quality should have improved since then. That was a huge error in assumption on my part because I just received 8 pieces, some of which are large. Now 75% of the product has either rub marks or long creases where the canvas and the wood frame touch. Some have both problems! The canvas is too thin and the workmanship is poor. Also, it appears there is no protective surface on the canvas to reduce the severity of scarring. Substandard materials and very poor pride in workmanship sums up this company. Run away as fast as you can, from their website.
I am sadly disappointed with my prints, but that is what i get for bargain shopping without a reference. What they call canvas is a flimsy piece of material that is more like one of those disposable table clothes you get from the dollar store. The "canvas" was put on crooked and the back is not even closed so you just see white ends, uneven stapled cloth on cheap wood. I would have returned them, but my husband opened put the box in the trash and the next day when i went onto the site, it says you MUST return them in the same box. Two of my prints were even left with a full white bottom (avatar shows that white bottom "canvas"), cannot even hang them on the wall. Nice fine print to get around going with your 100 percent satisfaction guarantee.
I am a professional whose client base is about 90% photographers and i will sadly not be recommending this company. They should stand behind their product and not use loopholes, like a cheap shipping box be required to return!.
I had two parts to my order, the first shipped after about three weeks, the never arrived even after contacting customer service numerous times. I always got FedEx shipping notifications but product was never picked up. Customer service is lousy and that is being kind! I have never experienced such high inefficiencies in any company. The hassle of trying get my product here was totally exasperating. I would guess there is no management running this show. Stay away!
I received both 36 x 24 landscape canvases for free as it's described on website. Canvasdiscount was my choice because of the professional design, good reputation on internet, friendly customer service and, of course, free shipping. Please, note that free shipping is over $100:)

Ordered 3 canvas prints and they are terrible. Washed, changed the color of the originals and they came out blurry! Been trying to contact them via email no response, when I call they hang up, I have even tried FB. So frustrating! Do NOT Buy from them. Total ripoff!
Do not read negative comments on internet! My canvas is totally awesome. I had a sunset pic. From Florida... taken from IPHONE and you can see the water glistening! Was so surprised will order over and over! Thank you so much. Have photo in my NAUTICAL bathroom. Looks amazing
I ordered and paid for a print about 3 weeks ago. Initially got a projected delivery date and status showed in production. That date moved over the next week as it was clear they wouldn't make the date. Then the status changed to "ORDER RECEIVED" and the delivery date came and went. Called the number but no answer after being on hold *******@40 minutes. I emailed customer service 5 days ago and no response to date. This was a gift and event has now passed. I am embarrassed and this company doesn't care if they in fact exist. I'm reporting the charge as fraud at this point. So disappointed!
My husband waited until the week before Christmas to put together a large canvas print for his parents. Canvas Discount processed our order incredibly fast, at a great price, and the quality was fantastic!

Damn, I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Same process for me: Order, do not receive package, get busy signals when calling, receive bogus tracking numbers, and a month later still no package.
I am going to do what I can to get my money refunded, but it doesn't sound like that is going to be easy. Please stay away and don't make the same mistake I made just to save a few bucks!
Last time ordered canvas have had questionable quality, but I got a discount coupon for the next purchase. Service has improved a lot since then. Now the quality is totally different - way better. Great!
I ordered 5 images from Canvas discount.
All 5 were damaged in one way or another.
They placed the canvas images in the same box, wrapping them only with bubble wrap. This created indentations in both canvas pictures which makes them unable to be used. I ordered an image on aluminum, which came instead on acrylic. Someone had dropped it on its corner, splintering it. Two other images were ordered on acrylic which came covered with greasy finger prints. The boxes that were delivered had no delivery instructions for special care (even a fragile would have been okay), and there was no order number or packing slip to be found. I wrote Canvas Discount immediately and included all of the pictures that the Q&A web page details. I have not gotten a response from them whatsoever. I am beyond frustrated and unsatisfied with their product and their customer service.
This website looks honest, has great reviews, but I put in an order for a mask which came to $20 with shipping. Instead of getting the one that I ordered, I was shipped somebody else's order. I also noticed that the printing was sub-par and the stitching messy. I emailed several times and no one responded. I also called, but would get cut off by customer service after 10 minutes of waiting. My only recourse is to post honest reviews of this company don't waste your money and stay away!
I've ordered my canvas over a month ago and still have not received any notification of the status of my order. I've sent numerous emails and tried calling customer service with no answer. I'm filing fraud I suggest no one use this site ever
