Recently bought a canvas from canvaschamp. While ordering there was no warning your photo might be blurry, as you would find in reputable sites like Walmart or Walgreens, and when I received my order, it was very blurry. Shipping box was poorly packaged and very beat up. The corners of the canvas were very beat up and the back of the canvas has a crack in it. Contacted customer service. They only responded to the blurry issue. They haven't responded about the damage. They are cheap but I wouldn't ever recommend them as the customer service and the guaranteed satisfaction is incredibly awful.
Ordered travel pillow and came via FedEx. Came packaged in a plastic box which was cracked when received. Shards from box punctured the pillows. Not worth the expense to repackage and ship back, but won't be ordering these again. Product was nice, but not worth the chance of receiving damaged merchandise.

I ordered a product but never received it. They didn't even bother to email when the product was shipped or when the product was out for delivery. I checked the status on the expected date of delivery and it showed that it was delivered 3days before. When I tried contacting canvas champ nobody had any answer for me for 3 days. After 3 days when I shouted they just emailed we will tell you when we hear back from our shipping agent. It's been 7 days since I raised a ticket and nobody even bothers to reply to email or update. Such a poor customer service. It's a fraud company with no real customer service experience. If the product is lost you are at your own risk, they won't bother to even talk to you. I have literally been harassed by trying to reach out to them to give an answer but looks like they don't even know.

I ordered and paid for an image on metal, shown and advertised to have spacers and way of hanging. All I received was a slightly ragged edge metal photo with some scrapes at the top and no means for it to be hung. So disappointed.

I have ordered the same print from here and two other top name companies. I will no longer be ordering from them. This company has won me over. The canvas print was so clear with no bleeding colors. The frame that came with it was much better quality than other company's.

The design and ordering process were very easy, I would definitely use them again. The blanket came out so much better than I expected. It was a Christmas gift for my friend, and they absolutely loved it and said it's a nice quality and warm.

I received my order, with corrections made to only to 1 of the 2 identical prints. I'm still waiting for a reply from customer service reviewing my complaint or a good print being sent to me. Both prints are waiting to be delivered to customers who purchased them.

I ordered photo books for each of my 7 grandchildren to go with their Christmas gifts. I paid $63 in shipping to get them delivered by Dec 22. I paid more in shipping than I did for all 7 books. When they did not arrive on the date promised I checked for tracking only to realize they had not even shipped! They finally arrived Jan 2 a week and a half too late. All of my grandchildren had gone home and I now have to pay more to mail them to each child. The books were wonderful quality they just dropped the ball on getting the order out when promised on the website when I completed my order. I called and they are supposedly refunding me $53 even though I paid $63 in shipping. If I had not of chosen the 2nd day shipping option, my shipping would have been free… make it make sense.

I have to say I was ordering canvas mount photo's for Christmas presents. I had one "custom sized" to fit a specific wall area. My Wife was in tears when She opened the package and saw it. Further on, I ordered more smaller prints, for My children. When We ran into a shipping problem, Canvas Champs made sure everything was re-processed, so I got My photo's for Christmas. They very much worked and listened, and made sure I was credited for the original, gone wrong order. Thanks Canvas Champs. We had used a local canvas printer but it definitely was not cost effective. Especially for a start-up. Found CanvasChamps online & have received excellent prints, great price for multiple orders, and ever so easy to use. Thank u.

3.5 of the 7 acryllic prints I ordered and received are of terrible quality.
- there are whit spots all over them -- looks like something related to how they were processed
- one print had the opposite orientation of the original proof!
In other words QA/QC process totally failed.
4. Sent email to CS with images of the bad prints (5 out of 7)...received a response asking for a video to be sent...I resent the prints and have not heard back.

My acrylic prints were 3 weeks late. They all four had horizontal lines running through them, tiny pinholes all over them and white and black specs imprinted on them. This company needs to go out of business. They rip people off and do not give a crap. It is just another scam from India.
I have tried since December to get a refund on a pillow that I purchased as a gift. I took pictures of the pillow and have sent to them they agreed it was not good workmanship.It is terrible they keep telling me every time I have reached out to them ( that I go to the end of the line to get my return.).If this is true then evidently they make a very poor product all the time. I would never do business with company.

I was very impressed at the quality of the canvases that I received. One, however, was not stretched tightly enough on the stretcher bars or something happened to it during shipping. I was also missing some hardware that I ordered. It has been a long process trying to resolve this issue and I am still waiting. I do intend to order again based on the quality but I am hoping that this issue will be dealt with very soon.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
