My niece told me about your site and I'm so glad she did! I ordered 4 large canvases with the thicker wood frames. I did pay for added sawtooth hangars but there was no need to. The back of the canvases were open so I could just use the wood frame to hang.
They were delivered on schedule, protected wrapping and were beautiful. They were gifts and loved by the recipients
First, let me say that I had a large order (24) for a small museum exhibit and the product was 5 stars. It came on time, packaged well, no damage and the quality of the images was great. The instant chat for questions was always very helpful and - instant. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that the option for uploading high resolution files was a bit cumbersome (though I appreciate the option!). You can't see what you've uploaded or crop or edit anything that you load that way. And I had to re-upload all 24 files a second time when the first didn't work. I paid the extra $ for proofing pics and I didn't get proofs for some of them before they went to production... so I was really biting my nails as to what was going to be delivered. Luckily, the product WAS good quality and I will use them again.

First order was NOT at all acceptable as the 2 identical prints I ordered were not centered or wrapped around the edges to not show the corner of the pic I sent. Also, the corners were smashed during delivery. While CanvasChamp agreed to resend the order, it came exactly as the first unacceptable order. First and LAST experience with this company for sure.

Company charged my credit card twice for my order, but produced no order and when I called, stated no order was placed, despite charging me for it. Gave me the runaround about fixing it. Waste of time and money.

One of my canvases didn't come out the way I had hoped it would be. I was told it was how I loaded the art work. In conclusion the oversight was on my part and part of the learning curve. I can see that but sad there is that learning curve. I don't think I'll be ordering any others. Thank you.

Overall, very satisfied with our acrylic poster print! Was worried it would be blurry, but it is crystal clear. One small piece of the corner of the image print has lifted/separated from the acrylic. Not sure if that happened in shipping or printing process. It's so small though that it can be flattened and is not noticeable once the item is hanging on the wall unless you're looking for it up close. I will definitely use CanvasChamp again for future projects!

The quality of the print job was top notch. The product is good quality, as well, and feels like it will last. I got a pillow and a print canvas. The pillow's fabric is sturdy enough to withstand intensive attention from one of my house cats already. The canvas had a lot of black on it, and it looks really consistent and clean, with crisp edges.

I placed an order on April 24 with an expected arrival date of May 4. Not only has my package STILL not arrived as of May 17 but the website says it's still "in production." The 1800 number on their website is bogus and doesn't work and after emailing them a week ago I was told it would be "rushed" and that hasn't happened either. It was ordered as a birthday gift, a date that has long since passed. I have never ordered from this company before and I definitely never will again. Proceed with caution, especially if you're on a time crunch.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the recent purchase I made from Canvaschamp. I feel compelled to bring to your attention the numerous issues I encountered to prevent others from experiencing a similar ordeal.
Firstly, I would like to emphasize that I purchased an acrylic picture from this company, investing close to two hundred USD. The photograph I provided was taken by a professional photographer at a high resolution, with the expectation of receiving a product that reflects the original image's quality. Regrettably, the product I received not only failed to meet my expectations but was also of substandard quality. It displayed noticeable defects and, astonishingly, even contained additional lines that were not present in the original picture. Such discrepancies are unacceptable and significantly tarnish the integrity of their product offerings.
Equally disheartening was the lack of responsiveness and unprofessionalism demonstrated by their customer service team. I made several attempts to seek assistance through live chat, phone calls, and emails, all of which proved fruitless. The absence of any meaningful communication left me feeling neglected and frustrated. It was only after exhausting all options that I reluctantly resorted to opening a dispute with PayPal, a process that proved to be arduous and time-consuming.
Based on my experience, I would like to offer two recommendations to potential customers. Firstly, I urge individuals to consider alternative companies that may offer superior products, even if it means incurring higher costs. Secondly, if one chooses to proceed with your company despite my reservations, I strongly advise against utilizing PayPal as a payment method. Instead, I suggest opting for a credit card payment, as it offers greater flexibility for dispute resolution. Regrettably, PayPal's customer service proved to be woefully inadequate and failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
In sharing my experience, I hope to prevent others from enduring the same disappointment and financial burden.

We understand that you had sent us an image taken by a proffesional photographer, having said that sometimes the image quality might be having some issues. We do offer a proof image service in which customer can always request a image proof before the print so they can make any changes in case the image quaity is not good so did you request the proof image? We have a strict quality check however sometimes mistakes do slip by andthat is why we have a 100% replacement policy in effect so were you been offered a reprint? We are always a phone call away as well as on chat 24/7 for emails we do say to our customers that it can take 24-48 hours to respond back. Please share your order number with us so we can investigate in it and will provide you a resolution as we want you to be happy.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
