The prints on metal were good. Obviously, the better the photo you submit, the better your purchase will be. I only gave 4 stars because the shipping updates were really confusing. Don't know if that was due to CanvasChamp or FedX.
I had the pleasure of doing business with Canvas Champ and my experience was mostly positive. I was most impressed with the quality of their product and the value they provide for the price. When I did encounter problems, the customer service team at Canvas Champ was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to resolve them. I was also impressed by their willingness to take responsibility for any mistakes that may have been made and their quick response times. Overall, I am pleased with the service I received and would recommend Canvas Champ to anyone.

I bought a framed picture of my boyfriend & his mom & also a picture blanket of my boyfriend & everything he loves. The quality of the pictures are phenomenal and the delivery time was very quick and I didn't pick expedited and it still came within a week & a half not more than 2 weeks. The size of the blanket was the size of a baby blanket but that was my fault I didn't review and look at a sizing chart but I will be reordering more things. Customer service was also very responsive. Wonderful website!

Prices were cheaper than any other site, shipping was surprisingly so fast, AMAZING quality of the frame and canvas as well as clarity of the prints on such huge canvases! I found that the creation and ordering process on the website went smoothly. I arranged for expedited delivery to arrive on 12/23. It did not arrive on time and finally arrived on 12/30. I did reach out to customer service to check on the delivery and they were helpful and I was satisfied with the service. I believe combined with the fact that the product originated in India and the unusual weather in the United States that week caused the delivery delay. I am very happy with the book marks and they came out really nice.
