I had a large order and with exception of two of my picture I loved them. I had one that my son-in-law's head was cut off. I also had a group of four and the people on the edge were almost cut in half.
First, let me say that I had a large order (24) for a small museum exhibit and the product was 5 stars. It came on time, packaged well, no damage and the quality of the images was great. The instant chat for questions was always very helpful and - instant. The only reason this review isn't 5 stars is that the option for uploading high resolution files was a bit cumbersome (though I appreciate the option!). You can't see what you've uploaded or crop or edit anything that you load that way. And I had to re-upload all 24 files a second time when the first didn't work. I paid the extra $ for proofing pics and I didn't get proofs for some of them before they went to production... so I was really biting my nails as to what was going to be delivered. Luckily, the product WAS good quality and I will use them again.

The item I ordered was priced just right for the quality of the product. The only disappointment was the center, wooden support for the canvas frame was not plumb and loose upon arrival; however, the canvas print was very well packaged.

I have been trying for 3 days to place my order and have gotten a PayPal error message every time. I have spoken with customer service who has escalated it to the IT people. I was told it was a known problem. Yesterday when I again couldn't place my order I called back and was told she thought it was fixed. I said clearly it's not and I asked to speak to a supervisor and finally he resolve all problems and I receive my order home after one week with great quality and very nice coupon code for next order.

I didn't know what to do or how to do it. I had a once in a lifetime photo that I wanted to enlarge, put on acrylic and it had to be perfect because it was a birthday gift. They made it easy! With the preview process even I couldn't screw it up. My print could hang in any gallery, mansion or the finest homes anywhere. It's gorgeous!

I've used other canvas companies and this was my first with this company. I was puzzled by the frame board that ran along the middle of the canvas. The center of the canvas was slightly raised/folded on the canvas. You could see it on the front of the photo. The picture quality was excellent.

It was quite satisfactory with reasonable price and reasonable delivery time.
The quality of the printed photos in particular was very good.
However, the edges of the frame were crooked because they were not finished at a 90degree right angle, which was a bit disappointing.

Very disappointed with the end product. Enlarged a photo to a large size to hang on my living room wall,,, and the right side of the picture has a line going down the middle (not in the orig photo). Also the frame was plastic and cheap looking. A great waste of money.
I placed my order April 7th and was supposed to have my items by May 5th. Today May 7th, I contacted Canavas Champ and they said that the factory closed yesterday due to government order so they don't know anything. Which means that my order is not even delivered, they want me to be patient and understand the importance with closed factory!? I'll see if and when I get my items, this is absurd using the situation for bad service!
Terrible. I ordered a custom canvas which cost me $45.17. Not a bad price & I really didn't expect great quality, which the final product was not. However, 16x40 you would expect to be a rectangle not a trapezoid. I can't believe they let this piece go out like that. It's not that hard to make 90 degree angles. I sent pictures and express my displease & here's the response:

Process to upload and approve images is very intuitive and simple, cost was very nice and finished product is shipped with excellent protection to the canvas and frame... and the resultant canvas looks great on the wall! We've purchased over a dozen for our house as we find photos in our library that would look good in a particular room...highly recommended!

I have used Canvas Champ several times for the production of my canvas prints. I have always been very happy with their quality and pricing. They are one of the few canvas print producers that put a solid backing on the canvas which prevents sagging of the canvas.
However, my most recent order of five large canvas prints arrived with two of the prints damaged from their shipment to me. It has taken me a while to get a response from them but I believe they are now in the process of replacing the two prints. Up to now I have never had any problems with the quality of their work and I continue to use them. I've also given their name to other professional photographers and recomended them.
As of right now I'm still waiting for the replacements so I can't give them any rating at this point, but I'm very hopeful they will do what they have said they will do and the new prints will arrive soon.

I have ordered small 5x7 canvas wraps a few times from Canvas Champ and they have been great. I really like them a lot. I have also ordered larger canvas wraps, 24x36, and while the product is great the packaging has been very light duty. Since these ship from India, there is lots of opportunity for damage. I think 4 of my large canvas orders have had damage. Canvas Champ has re-printed and shipped me new ones every time. My last order the reprint came in damaged as well. I'm kinda over it.

I paid (a lot) extra for expedited delivery - ordering specifically from a company that appeared to be based in USA and Canada so that they could deliver on a tight(er) timeline. After submiting order I went back/forth with support on the artwork and specifically made sure of the rush and asked if they would deliver. I was assured - oh yeah, single print like this will be no problem. Then the day of the order, instead of delivery I get an email to find out they're just then sending to production (in India no less!) and that it would be impossible for my delivery on time. Great - I ordered on June 30 for delivery by July 7th as a wedding present for July 8th wedding reception... only to find out that I now have hours left to scramble and find a new present. Absolutely horrible experience, wish I'd have read online reviews more carefully and gone with a different print company. Buyer beware, can't speak to product quality but service is horrible.

We are extremely sorry for this, we do everything we can to get the order delivered in time however sometimes it does get delayed due to logistic, proof imageing etc in your case based on what you have written it looks like it was delayed due to proof imaging. What you could have done is called us or connected with our customer service through our online webchat services and could have resolved it immediately and that could have saved a lot of time. Having said that still we consider this as an error and appropriate feedback will be shared with the concerned team. Been a MNC we have various production houses so it can be shipped from any location as mentioned on the website we never mentioned that it will be sent from any one particular location itself. Because of the price, I was able to have a 24"x36" canvas print of a photo of mine that was accepted into a nationally juried photography exhibition. Generally, it is not worth it to enter photographic art to an exhibition, because after the cost of printing, framing, and the gallery commission (35% to 50%) I make very little profit, not worth my time and effort. Because I was able to get a large print on canvas, I was able to avoid framing expenses, which was great. The image was just a little out of focus, but good enough.

I used canvas champ for the first time this year, for a new restaurant I was opening up. They were having technical difficulties and I was supposed to receive my canvases by December 7 because the restaurant was opening on December 11.2018 I paid extra shipping cost in order to get it here on time. Well, it did not happen I did not receive my canvases until the 18th or 19th of December. But I wanted to give them a good review because they did what they said they would do, which is refund my shipping cost and they gave me a 10% discount on my canvases. When I received them I was pleasantly surprised at their quality. They are beautiful, I am very happy with them and I will use them again in the future. My recommendation is that if you do order from them, they come from India and they take a long time to receive. But otherwise wonderful quality!
I was thrilled to get my order. Ordering was easy. I thought pricing was reasonable. Prints looked fabulous (I was concerned the colors wouldn't be good - but they were great). Prints came quickly. Would give five stars but the picture hanger I chose for the back was positioned off-center so, I'm constantly leveling the print on the wall. I will order from CanvasChamp again.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
