Ordered from here before and our canvas was flawless, look forward to ordering more in the future! I did a custom size and it was perfect! The frame was very sturdy and the print was on heavy duty canvas. I ordered and got delivery all in less then a week!
Company charged my credit card twice for my order, but produced no order and when I called, stated no order was placed, despite charging me for it. Gave me the runaround about fixing it. Waste of time and money.

It was effortless to order thru their website. I was able to customize to different sizes that I wanted. Canvas prints were delivered exactly on the day it was promised. The quality of the canvas print is not bad at all.

Their website is slick and makes it appear it is shipping fast, and from somewhere within the United States, neither are true. It ships from Ahmedabad, GJ, India and is not fast. Just got the Fedex notification it was delivered, but they dropped it off at the wrong address. Do not use this company, there are plenty of other options out there.

I was really pleased with the canvases I bought recently - they arrived in a timely manner, well packaged, and they are beautiful. They aren't the same kind of high end canvases you would get elsewhere, especially since I bought the cheapest variation, but I love that I could get a slightly lower quality but still great product for a significantly lower price.

Our order arrived very quickly. The canvas was perfect. The puzzle was different than I expected. Material and size were not what I was expecting, and the color was more saturated than original. But maybe I just didn't read the description well enough.

I ordered a poster-sized (24x36) canvas and received it quickly. It was beautiful, but the colors were a bit "off." Due to an advertised satisfaction guarantee, I requested a reprint. I couldn't understand the quality indicator. Other than that, I love this site. I especially love the custom sizing. I received my order yesterday. The quality is outstanding. I was slightly worried about how my image would look being printed in a 29x45 inch canvas. I am impressed! Absolutely stunning. The ink looks great and the corners are very tight. I have plans to order acrylic prints from this business.

I ordered 12 black floating frame canvases to decorate my dental office. The quality of the canvas was great. Four of the frames were cracked or damaged. I took photos of the damage and sent this photos to Canvas Champ. Three of them looked as the frames were damaged possibly during shipping but one frame had black tape placed over the damaged area and I thought this was poor quality. Did you really think I would not notice the black tape over a crack? Anyhow, once the frames were hung the cracks were not noticeable for the most part unless they are well inspected. I asked Canvas Champ for a partial refund for those damaged frame or to resend new framed canvases. They quickly responded that they would do which ever I would like. I elected for a discount since the cracks are not that noticeable. They offered me 25% off the damaged frames and canvases and I accepted that offer. I have yet to receive my refund but I feel confident that they will honor their promise.

I had one done earlier, I painted a portrait of my son and daughter. But I didn't like my rendering of my son's face, so I whitened it out and redid his face. It was much better than the first. So now I have something I can leave to him after I'm gone. Thank you.

When ordering our acrylic pictures, we paid for Expedited Shipping - we needed them by a certain date. Unfortunately they did not arrive by the scheduled date - it was over a week later that they finally arrived. We were credited back the cost of Expedited Shipping, but we needed the pictures by a certain date. Also, when we went to hang the pictures, some of the hardware we ordered was missing. After talking with customer service, they said they would send what was missing. We ended up having to buy what was missing so we could hang the pictures.

My order was around 12 pictures on one picture frame. It came out very bad. Many of the faces came out orange, the coloring was extremely off... I sent them and email and I'm waiting very patiently for their response back.
It was a complete waste of money, I can't use the picture which they sent me...

Update. They never sent my confirmation so I disputed it with my credit card company. When I called them they were telling me to shut up. I asked for the address which they would not give me. I asked for the manager. They did not speak english well so I managed to find the address and it is a large supermarket office space of one floor so they do not do business there. Fake address. They sent me a crappy picture. The guy even told me that I was scarying him and why I want to make trouble. Not an american business and these guys are scam artists. Buyer beware.

I called because I never received the confirmation. This man began shutting me down and belittle me. I hung up and called again and same person. He wanted more information from my credit card company to which I replied NO. I called my credit card company right away and having the charges disputed. If this is not refunded I will contact the better business bureau and attorney general office. Google the address and you will see that they are not located there. It is an office to a large supermarket chain. This is a staff of 2 people who do not speak English very well and even told me to shut up when I called them back and began yelling at me. Then told me I was scarying them. Claming why you want to make trouble. To save face after a month they finally mailed it and it was crap work. Even when I used a paypal they asked me for my bank information. What does that have to do with anything. Buyer beware.
I used this site to buy my canvases because I was so fed up with another website I have used for years. The canvases was packaged very very well but the canvas were creased like they just wasn't put on straight but it's not noticeable once it's on the wall. All in all I was pleased with my order. Cheaper option for canvases and I received them pretty fast

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
