The prints on metal were good. Obviously, the better the photo you submit, the better your purchase will be. I only gave 4 stars because the shipping updates were really confusing. Don't know if that was due to CanvasChamp or FedX.
Awful company. Placed an order December 1st. Had a GUARANTEE delivery by December 21st. They hadn't even shipped it by then. I called them and emailed them. I was told "not to worry, we promise it will be there by December 24th". Guess what? It's December 24th and the gift I ordered for my girlfriend for Christmas is NOT here. Do not order from this company. Check the reviews online, awful service and the do not care or stand behind their guarantee. If you want a good laugh, go on their website and read their "confirmed reviews" and then do your own search online and see what people really think and put up with from them.
Upon receipt my items were damaged and I have had no luck getting the correct size reprinted. Literally, the worst customer service ever. I am certain I won't see the damaged items in the correct dimensions as I am fighting them tooth and nail even with photographs. This is an outsourced company with subpar product and very subpar customer service. Seriously buy anywhere else before these guys.

I really liked them they turned out cute! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the pictures were a little hard to see on a canvas background so I'll have to chose differently on the pictures.

Well, to add my voice, I ordered on June 6th. It is now July 18th. Stiiiill waiting. The ONLY way to get a response is through chat on Facebook. UK doesn't even have a phone number! There IS an address, for which I found the number. But it's not them. I would still like what I ordered, so maybe now it can be a xmas present (!) Also annoyed that it's actually India. Not happy that I'm sending images of my relatives halfway across the world, instead of just London. Dodgy.

I did not know my product was sent with a signature receipt required (under $40 value). It was sent back because I was not home to sign for it due to my work schedule. They made me pay for shipping again. It's ridiculous and unreasonable as I already paid for shipping.

I have placed numerous orders over the past year. Some prints did not come out correctly and they replaced them. Some orders and remakes were quicker than others. But over all Good service and they have improved. I will return for future prints.

I ordered 4 canvases which I received couple months later from INDIA. The quality was very poor. All were blurry. One did not even have the whole picture on the canvas. In early May I reached out to customer service. I reached out in early May via the online chat but got no responses. I got an email back acknowledging the missed chats. I responded and explained the issue and was asked to resend the original photos. I was surprised they didn't have that. I sent the original photos after a week. Today I got a response that due to the 90 day limitation they cannot reprint or refund me my money. Their lack of customer service (which others here have commented on here) and the poor quality of the canvases is appalling. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Don't waste your money.
I received my pictures promptly and they are beautiful. I was very impressed with the packaging which protected the large pictures very well. I'm thrilled to look up and see my daughters back yard every day.

1st order was shipped with 1 peice of cardboard and saran wrap. It came heavily damaged to the metal prints. Replacement order also arrived with numerous chips and warped for metal prints. The canvas wrap is made with cheap products. It ships from India.

I ordered a canvas print of a beautiful image I purchased from a seller on etsy. I purchased it with a proof, 30x40 inches, and with a white border. I got the proof I want to say less than 24 hours after submitting it. I received it a day early and the canvas is beautiful–well packaged, perfectly printed, stunning. We're very happy with this canvas we got for only $58 including shipping. Much recommended, legit.
I ordered a massive 30x40 print them from a cellphone photo screenshot. I assumed quality would be bad, more so seeing that my canvass print cost $42
It arrived today surpassing my expectations. I was shocked and so in love with my finished piece
I ordered a photo puzzle that had "delivery by feb 23". It didn't appear on shipping until that day. It didn't leave the plant until the day after. I understand shipping delays due to covid but the product wasn't even ready by then. Not only that, it came from india (even though I ordered from Canada from a Canadian website) and had $20 of duty charges! Nowhere on the order did it say there may be duties or extra fees, plus I wouldn't have thought it would coming from a Canadian company! I'm asking for a refund but i haven't heard anything from customer service. Very unhappy over here.
Edit: finally got a hold of a human at canvaschamp and they refunded my shipping fees ($15) and promised that the duty would be paid, but that's not confirmed yet.

I ordered metal prints during their black Friday sale, guaranteed to arrive on Dec 14th. As that day approached, I saw online my order was still "in production." I contacted them via chat and they offered no explanation but assured me they would put a rush on it. When the delivery date passed, I called. This time they informed me they had run out of metal and weren't sure when more would get there, but that they have an order coming and would be quickly filling backorders as soon as it arrives. They offered a refund, but I won't be able to get that kind of deal again elsewhere since black Friday is over. So my parents are just going to have wait indefinitely for their Christmas gift. Worst part to me is that no one was going to tell me this. I had to call them to get answers. Horrible.

Placed an order, processed payment. Never got an order number. Products were still in cart. Put in Chat, where was told another dept. would need to handle it, then Chat ended. Called twice, disconnected, called again then told I would need to prove I paid and it would take a week to resolve. Sent an email through their site that this order is canceled, and removed items from the cart. If the charge is not credited, will dispute it through my bank. This is just not right, nor the way a reputable company would work.

I ordered 3 metal prints. The quality is not what you get with competitors, but the price made up for it. One of the prints had some scratches, so they sent a replacement. The replacement also had some damage, but it's not worth reporting again. So decent quality and customer service for the price.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
