I placed my order on 6 of march. & Now today's date is 9 apr & still i didn't received my order yet. I try to connect with customer service 10+ time so they always says just wait 2 working day's & your order will be delivered. But still there is no response from them. Candere is just making fun with there customer. Such hectic service from you. Im giving one star bcoj i didn't have any other option. Otherwise i would give it in minus.
I am still waiting for the jewellery to be delivered and the customer service dont have any clue whats happening with my order. One of the representative said the order has been shipped next day they say its in manufacturing and after that they just stop answering the calls and wont answer the emails. I ordered from the website as Kalyan jewellers were reputed but after this experience I dont think I will ever order it again
Craftsmanship is marginal and average. In both my orders the diamonds were not leveled properly, have scratchy edges, look like low craftsmanship done. Overall not pleasant feeling to the price I've paid.

I have all the Proof to prove they are Playing with Customer... call records and email... I have called customer more then 20 times and Ask for refund... got answer like Concern person is not available... when i have asked Manager he is on holiday... I have sent more then 10 reminder email...

They had a zero making charge offer and I purchased a nosepin. The delivery was
Promised in 2 weeks on request as it was a gift. One week later quality check was processed. Few days before delivery was expected they refused to honor the offer and cancelled my order.
I have never experienced such a bad customer service. I have the invoice, order confirmation email, quality check processed email and delivery date commitment via chat service. It was posted on Twitter last week but no one contacted me yet. Imagine the kind of service they have and the brand value they are trying to maintain. Poor!
I was regular customer of candere since 2018, but every time I make purchase I have to wait for more than expected time for delivery of product even after the payment of full amount. This time it is my 4th product from candere and its been more than 1 month I have not received any response about my product. I have paid the full amount for the product and when i ask their team about the status of my order they always say it's in manufacturing. At last I cancelled the order but even after 3 days of cancellation I have not received any mail or message regarding the cancellation request. I don't know why they are not responding to my mails and phone calls now.
I order for nose pin on 5th Dec, today is 12th Jan but still I have not receive my order. They dont even give proper update.

My first order with candere for a ring went well. But the second order for two gold bangle was a nightmare. Although i did only part payment, 15K is still a huge amount for me. Once i placed the order, there were no way to check about the order. I need to contact support team every day to know that the order was still active and someone working on it. And it is still linked to my. Order placed on Jun 20 were delivered on July 25. There was 13 days delay to the original delivery date provided. No regular update on the order also. I was getting frequent Ads in email and SMS but no update about the order. It made me to believe that I lost the money and no way to get it handled by Candere. Only hope was the support team able to retrieve my order. Looking again in Candere is now out of my thought.
Despite multiple follow ups I'm still not sure when I'll get one of the items I ordered on 19th Sep. Customer service has no clue what's going on. But keep offering new timeframes each time. And to top it there is no way to escalate the issue either.

I had ordered necklace on 9th Nov 20 and cancelled on next day(10/11/2020). Even after 25 days of cancelling I still didn't received refund. While contacting customer service they said reason if refund initiated but due to bad payment gateway transaction is failed. Every time I contacted customer service same answer is getting to me. Cheating customers with the name of reputed sellers. Also listened about Kalyan is they are selling totally fake products their products in the open market is less than 25% in value. Also no other buyers is not showing interested on this gold purchased from Kalyan. Shame on this sellers money will not get easily., please be aware of this fraud products & seller.

My boyfriend stays in India, and thus we thought it is a good idea for him to order a ring online for our engagement from an India Jeweler. We selected this company as it is affiliated with a large jeweler in India. We ordered a cushion cut diamond ring, the delivery was a week late and he ended up having to go to a store himself to collect the ring a few hours before his flight to my country for the engagement. The late delivery was not the worst nightmare thought, he was in a rush, and did not realize they gave him an emerald cut diamond instead of a cushion cut diamond. The diamond certificate, on the other hand, said that this is a round cut diamond. Candere had messed up every single aspects of this order. Nothing was right with this business, don't buy anything here.
