Craftsmanship is marginal and average. In both my orders the diamonds were not leveled properly, have scratchy edges, look like low craftsmanship done. Overall not pleasant feeling to the price I've paid.

I was little worried to spend 40,139 Rs on a diamond ring that I has seen only online but after reading the return policy and diamond grade card report with easy monthly installment service, I bought it. Abolsute cheats, How they are in business I do not understand
They are selling non hallmarked gold as hallmarked gold. Once you receive the jewelry and see it is not hallmarked as claimed by customer service, they are refusing to take the jewelry back. There is no customer service. There is no one ever who answers the phone. If they ever respond over whatsapp, they refuse to accept anything. They flat out refuse to take the jewelry back though website says 15 days return period. Run from them. Report them to the govt of india.
I been shopping online jeweller since 2014 started with Bluestone. Recently I ordered 3 products from Candere 2 got delivered on time and 1 was delayed, there is no proper communication in advance nor with follow-ups Candere customer care provides update. Half the time customer care call won't get answered, chat we won't get any replay back.
Mail is too worst just copy past standard replays.
They don't provide updated expected time of delivery.
Don't trust and please don't place any order I did prepaid order and it never reached I'm still waiting customer service telling daily it will dispatch today tomorrow end of the day bla bla but it been 1 month still my order is in packing I'm vexed and online gold shopping is good in other websites but not ata ll in candere.com please believe me and don't go for this website

I have placed order on 16th June. Order number#*******. Delivery date is already passed. Still it shows in manufacturing. They didn't gave any heads-up about delay in delivery. When I raise concern with customer care, they give same reply sorry, your product will be dispatched in next 2-3 days. I'm hearing this since 15 days. Not sure if I get my order or not. Customer care chat support is very bad. They won't reply on time. You are inviting big tension if you order from this site. Today they mailed to loot again, asking more money saying that product weight has been increased. Did I asked you to increase weight? Your professional are not accurate in their job and I should pay for that. Really? Even after late delivery, for which I should get compensation.
It was an awful experience for me. System generated emails and chat support is pathetic. There is no update shared with you until and unless you follow up with them. The chats are as usual non-sense coz its automated and never answers your question. Before purchasing a bracelet meant for kids, i called them to ask if this size and product would fit me and wont be too small, the executive assured that yes you can buy. When i actually received it, it was this tiny piece of bracelet for 1-2 year old kid.

Never buy gold online from kalyan jewellers. They are fraud. They took my money and it has been more than 1 and half month still the product is under manufacturing. The agents have no reply. I want my refund. This is heights. Horrible service provided.
Cant imagine a brand like Kalyan Jewellers stooping to such low quality levels. Ordered for my wife and mom and was expecting them to be happy with the surprise. Unfortunately both delivered items were of poor quality and Candere expects a 10% deduction to be accepted by customers who are unhappy with the final product. What is published on the site was not delivered and I have no option but to stay with the order as cancellation attracts charges. Very unhappy

This website has products with high making charges. I had to wait for offer and make sure I get discount on making charges so that I get it nearly price equal to local places. It is not like they have very exclusive designs too. Please check what is the percentage extra they are changing than your gold rate and it's really huge. If you buy gold regularly you can make the difference. I am giving this review so that these gold shops understand and not cost so much money even on simple designs.
I had booked a marriage ring on 01.08.2022 & the due date of delivery on booking was shown to be 21.08.2022. Even after 10 days of the due date I did not get the product.
There has been no attempt made by Candere to explain the unjustifiable delay. I have been repeatedly sending e-mails & making calls to Candere without any satisfactory resolution & the product was not dispatched till date, 30. 08. 22.
In one of my e-mail correspondence to Candere I have been told that a balance amount is due for payment due to increase in gold weight. However the amount reflected on Candere website was less. In any case on clicking the link for payment a message, "this page does not exist" appears.
Candere has acted utter carelessly & in total disregard of its legal duties towards the customer as per the Consumer Protection Act and failed to adhere to bare minimum obligations towards the consumer.
Despite telling Candere that the product ordered is a wedding ring and the wedding is due on 03.09.2022 they did not dispatch the product.
Didn't receive what they promised. Ordered a ring and received an inferior quality product. And, if u want to return then they will deduct 10% from the cost of ornament they never respond to online complaints. Candere is just a gimmick for quality never trust this site.
