No response till date for refund of my money. Fraud. I ordered a bangle for my mom. After 10 days of no proper updates or wrong excuses, 2 days back they said vendor cant manufacture. I wrote cancellation mail to *******@candere.com but till date no response.
Product is good, but the delivery time was really too much. I ordered on 1 may and it was dispatched on 24th May.
And in addition DTDC was a great mess. At the last moment they mentioned like... we cannot deliver in your area etc etc, I have to run after them. And these was really disappointing
My account was debited by www.candere.com on 9th April 2019 for ******* but order was failed. I got to know about the debit next day. I spoke to the number mentioned on website but they say they haven't debited. Customer care person was apparently a school kid asking me only how can your account be debited without order confirmation.

By far one the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had... The order took over 31 days to prepare with no end in sight. As soon as i ordered I received an email with estimated delivery date as 1. 1. 1970... I needed the necklace to arrive on 25th March (as per the customer support team) it arrived on 1st April... I called them over 9 times (international calls) and everytime I call they give me a different ETA... I made multiple complaints non of which had shared a ticket number. Every time I contact them I'd have to explain evvvverything all over again... I have record of over 3 of the customer support team give me 3 different dates.
After paid the 1st installment of this ear ring, Frequently I informed u that I wanted to replace the ear ring design. At that time, I had not got any reply from your team. Except the above mention problem, everything was all right.
I purchased from Candere 2 months back and faced a delay of 2 weeks from the timeline provided. Manufacturing is very slow, they dont follow up if the product is stuck somewhere with logistics partner. I recommend purchase from Tanishq, Caratlane or other websites. Please don't purchase from Candere, you will receive the crude product a decade later.
I purchased a necklace from candere I didn't like the necklace I wanted to return it. I kept on writing mails and calling them but nobody turned up they kept on delaying until it reached the 30 day return period

I visited the store for the first time and was really impressed by their service. I got my ring from them and got it delivered in a very short time. The whole experience was great.
The pieces are very beautiful and the design is elaborate, but I was surprised by the small size of the pieces, especially the ear piece, which looks much larger in the pictures and most importantly in the virtual experience
Gold used is quite less and the size of the diamond used is also quite small. The heaviest aspect of the ring seems to be the evil eye stone but I could have easily gotten that done in silver also. Overall, product is quite overpriced and misrepresented.
There is a complete process to cheat with customer, will show a good scheme and offer you to replace with any cost. But will delivered order near to last week and will take a long time to pick order back and in all that process month will be closed after that new scheme will be offered in respect of last scheme now discount will be lower side, so you have to pay more.
And if you asked for all that company executive will informed you that it's scheme not applicable to this month with a word sorry.
In that case if you want to cancel then you have to pay 10% of your order value.
So in the end company will make fool to customer and earn money without sale.

I came across this beautiful ring advertised by Candere. I was skeptical about ordering jewellery online. But because it was backed by Kalyan, I made up my mind and placed the order for the ring after talking to an executive named William who was in touch with me throughout the process. Firstly, the delivery to the nearest Kalyan outlet got delayed which was acceptable. Secondly, the amount shown at the last stage of my purchase increased by 4k because of the increase of gold grams in my ring which I was not notified about until I went to the store to collect my order. Thirdly, the product that I received was nowhere similar to the advertised product. But now I cannot return the product with 100% money back as it is engraved. Really disappointed with the end result. Candere is a SCAM brand. What is the point of ordering such expensive things online when the finished product is not what you had in mind. I shared the images of my ring to William (Candere support executive) and he was in complete denial that the ring that I received is not the same as what I had ordered. I would recommend people not to purchase anything from Candere.
Fraud Customer care. My order is delayed and they did not refund my money. Its a completely fraud business. My order says Manufacturing in Progress since the order is placed. They wont refund anything. Completely frustrated with them.
I have raised a request for Refund and it has been more than 45 days of unending false promises and fake commitments over 35 email conversations from you guys that the refund will be processed. There is no professionalism in any of the replies on the mail from your customer support which makes me wonder if you are really doing it on purpose or you are doing it to play around with peoples money. Order number - ******* Customer Support - Bhavin. No idea if he is real too. I would advice any of you guys to not get into the trap of CANDERE and wait for your hard earned money by asking them to refund it. Its such a waste of time and also zero accountability from CANDERE.

Worst place to buy jewels.
Once I entered to the shop, one of the Kalyan jewelers employee asked me whether you want to buy the jewels with Cash or Cheque. I replied that I have credit card and some old jewels to exchange. He told me wait for few mins.
I waited for more than 1 hour, the employee agreed to show me some collection of chains. Finally, I decided to buy one chain weighed more than 46 grams. The employee constantly asked me to go home and bring cash. He didn't agree on buying my old jewels as well.
I left the shop with complete frustration.
This happened in Thoothukudi during May month. I am one of the well known person in Thoothukudi. I assumed that If they would do this to me and what would happen to the normal people.
Kalyan Jewellers expect us to buy in Cash, so that they can hide the black money.
I ordered jewellery for my daughter, mother, wife and for myself. I must say they have a great collection for all age groups. The products I received, were exactly same as showed on the website.

The products are really beautiful and well made, I have cut 2 stars for only customer service. They have the worst customer service ever like the street side vendor will give you better customer service then them. I ordered a beautiful bracelet and due to good differences the price reduced so they had to refund me some money it took me over 9-10 calls and over a month to get back this money which they should have refunded back without this drama. Every time I called they said the refund process was blocked for some reason ( the reason was unknown to them) and plz wait for 24-48 hrs u will get the refund.
Placed an order for a bracelet. After some time, it was informed me that the metal weight is increased and balance to pay. Mean while arbitrarily order was cancelled and 10% was deducted from my initial pay and balance was refunded to my a/c.
Firstly Who authorised to cancel? If it is voluntary from them, why should I pay 10%. Infact, I should get compensated for your misdeed. If not sorted, redressal to consumer forum will be taken up.
