I had such a nice dealing with these folks! My G9 quit working because of a no power problem. They explained everything to me in detail and I learned this was caused by a screw getting loose within the camera that shorted the device out. They locktite and taped the screws so it won't happen again and they serviced the camera very thoroughly. The turnaround time was very fast too. I am satisfied to the fullest, this is a great place to have a repair done.

I used this placed to have a canon sd850 fixed which had a lens problem. They did great work with no sign that the camera had been taken apart and worked on. I liked that about it. Cleaning was also very good and the price was great. I recommend them to those that need a camera repaired well.

The part I ordered got here fast. I wish it was a little bit cheaper though. It did install easily though and my camera is working perfectly again. That's pretty cool. They don't give instructions though to install the part but with a little thought, I was able to get it installed and working. They were pretty good overall I only wished cameras parts were a little cheaper since I'm a student.

My broken camera was repaired by CamerasandParts. They did an excellent job with my camera. Gone out of there way to clean inside and outside of my camera. Now my camera work like the day I just got it out of the box.

I ordered a new battery door for my camera. The price was quite good and they shipped it fast but they don't send any installation instructions.

I thought it would be easy to install but it wasn't. I thought it would just clip on or something but no luck with that.

I wound up emailing them for help on how to install it and they called me back pretty quick. There was a trick to putting it on the camera, it actually twisted right on. Once the woman I spoke to walked me through installing it, it did go right on easy enough.

They were polite and helpful but just including some written instructions would have made it easier to install the part myself.

All in all, it was a positive experience and they were very nice to deal with.

We chose this place to get are camera repaired. It's the Cannon SD1100 Powershot. The only thing I didn't like is they are not pro-active when it comes to emailing. In other words, if you don't email them then the only thing you get is automated emails which take you to a repair status page for your camera, which I might add was not completely accurate on the eta. That was my only gripe.

With regards to the work they did on our camera, that was as good as anyone could expect. They do perfect on the repairs and the camera is cleaned throughout which we liked. They take a few weeks which was fine, we called around first and found most other places admittedly take longer.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs to have a camera repaired. The really clean the camera well and their quality of work is really above great for my standards. Communication could be better but it was acceptable. I'd use them in the future again and recommend them to others as well.

My part arrived fast even though I am ordering from outside of America. I have to pat duties in my country when I received it. They send it fast and the part was good to install. The part has fix my camera.

Cameras and Parts did a good repair and service but forgot to send back the lens cap I had on my camera. After I let them know they located it and sent it back fast and did apologize. That was my only gripe, aside from that they did an awesome repair. Also they cleaned the camera up extrememly well. The lens cap thing was the only thing that kept it from being a perfect experience. I would use them again without hesitation.

I had both my Canon G10 and my G12 repaired at this place. Their service is the best I've seen for an online retailer. They repaired and serviced up two cameras for the cost that the local shop wanted to repair one. I'm one to highly criticize if things aren't perfect. For once a retailer impressed me on service. Use them without hesitation. The repairs were both done perfect and their customer service was a nice compliment. I will recommend them to anyone. Service is what I look for, Cameras and Parts exceeded all of my expectations on Service. Thank you, you will be highly recommended by me.

I received my SX20 back from Cameras and Parts earlier in the week. It went in to them because one day from doing nothing out of the ordinary it gave me a lens error. When this happened I could use the camera at all anymore. I need my camera for school and I use it for everything in between so I was in disbelief when it just broke. Cameras and Parts my favorite camera back to life again. I got to use it for school on thursday and then this afternoon at my nieces first birthday. It's like brand new again. I'm thrilled and happy and everything in between and I recommend them so highly

I didn't get it back in time for my trip but it was waiting for me when I got back. I had to use my phones camera for our Disney vacation. They told me upfront that I likely wouldn't have it back in time but I still think they could have rushed it some to help me with my trip. Other than that, they were in fact excellent. I'd recommend them with confidence for their work.

My part got here pretty quick but I have no idea how to install it. I figured it would come with the steps or some kind of instructions or so
Ethibg but it didn't. Ibforgot to mention that it's the lens assembly component that I ordered from them. I began taking my camera apart and I can tell it's getting too complicated and too many screws have to come out. I'm going to look for a local shop to see if they can put it in for me at a reasonable cost. Otherwise I'm going to see about returning it. My mistake was thinking it was going to be easy to install and I can tell you it's not. If you've never worked on cameras then I would say not to try it for the first time. It's pretty overwhelming once you start taking screws out. Hopefully a shop can install it for me since I really need my camera for work.

I order the part to fix my canon G7 no power problem. It came to me but it take too long because I am a international customer. I put it to the camera and it did fix the problem. I wanted it to ship to Thailand faster because I am need the part fast so I can fix my camera. But now it is working and I will order here again if I need it fir my camera.

I received my G12 back repair with them. The first thing I noticed was how well they cleaned my camera. They even removed some gummy stuff I had at the battery cover. I used the camera all week and it's been performing like new. My original problem was the lens error. I am very satisfied with the service from them. I truly recommended them.

I got addicted into taking pictures with my Canon G12 and I love it! Recently, I turned it on and it didn't work. I could not see any picture of any image from the lens. So I went online and used Cameras And Parts to have it repaired. They fixed it to like new! They were friendly, helpful and professional.

My batter door broke on my canon sd750. I found this place had the part available so I ordered it. Come to find out it was out of stock after I ordered it. They called me and the lady said they had them coming in that week and that they would upgrade my shipping free to priority. It ended up taking them 7 business days to get more in stock. It did ship with the faster free shipping upgrade. So all in all it took a few extra days to get it but the shipping upgrade was nice. I installed the battery door right away and the camera is working. It all worked out and I'm satisfied since my camera is working again.

The service with Cameras And Parts was very admirable. It was fast to get the camera repaired (it was with them just a few days and then they shipped it back to me 2 day priority mail) and the cost was more than reasonable. At $89 for all they did, I wouldn't use any other place for service. The camera has been working like new since they did the repair on it. I also found the cleaning they do on the camera to be extremely good. The whole experience was very good, I am happy to share my experience with others needing a camera to get repaired.

I had a very positive experience with Cameras and Parts. I sent them my Canon PowerShot A360, which I had dropped, with a "lens error". They were unable to obtain the requisite part needed for repair but replaced my camera with a virtually identical PowerShot A360 in excellent working order at no additional cost. I don't think you could ask for better treatment than that! Let me add that I'm not a 'shill' and am a legitimate customer. From my experience, I would recommend Cameras and Parts withouth hesitation. It's unfortunate that they've been getting hostile reviews from adversaries because they came through for me! This is an unsolicited review.
