NEVER ORDER A SAMPLE FROM THEM (I'LL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE). YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'LL END UP WITH. THE SAMPLE I ORDERED CAME IN A TINY, UNSEALED PLASTIC CUP, WITH JUST A NUMBER HAND-WRITTEN ON THE TOP. AGAIN NO SEAL ON THE ITEM AND NO REAL LABEL ANYWHERE. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD CONSIDER PUTTING THIS NEAR MY FACE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO HANDLED IT OR HOW IT WAS HANDLED. THEIR MANAGER, JESSICA, SAID THEY HAVE "PROFESSIONALS" TRAINED TO OSHA STANDARDS AND WHATEVER. THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY FOLLOW THEM. AND KEEP IN MIND, ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE QUESTIONABLE SAMPLE ITEM, YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. QUITE A LITTLE SCAM.

They are constantly out of products and take forever to replenish and send. I have clients all the time and need my product. They ALWAYS are late. It's very frustrating. I'm considering switch the product I use specifically because of thei poor service. I even sent an email asking about my products and it still took longer than they said

They require me to file a claim on the basis that the package was stolen, but in the same email chain say that the delivery service is known to mark something as delivered before it is.

There's no reason to believe it was ever delivered, so it seems to me that they're telling me to be misleading and file a report. To make it even worse, the site to which they direct me to file the claim doesn't work for delivery outside the US.

The whole thing seems like a scam. I have no product and a credit card charge.

They may be okay for delivery with the US, but I would never use them from Canada!

I received Art Harding's Instant Face and Neck Lift x 1 and had the worst experience with this company.

I was so excited when I found this website, I'm a licensed aesthetician and have started dabbling in makeup. The selection was good a bit hard to navigate the website, the colors are nothing like the pictures. So I accidentally ordered 2 of one pallet and another that the color was way off. I never opened anything just wanted to return I paid about 60.00plus bucks for both. When I saw my refund it was for 27.00 I was shocked they charged for mailing it plus's deducted 10% plus whatever else I'm sorry but to lose 42.00 for shipping and a return label, yeah right. Don't be fooled, there are plenty more companies to order from, Mac Pro, friends, the list goes on. And if you do order don't make a mistake cause you will lose, I couldn't even repurchase the correct colors, which was my plan. I wouldn't chance it if I were you.

I would say if you order from this website save your money on the shipping. I paid extra for fast shipping (1-2 days) and it's arriving in 6 days. You're better off paying for the standard shipping and saving your money.

TO ALL who buy from this place, I ordered an item and never received it, I emailed repeatedly to some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of these people trying to make it right to KEEP a customer they tell me that USPS delivered the item to the correct address... really that's it? As a consumer we all are aware that packages are stolen everyday all day from in front of people doors... did they make it right in the end you might ask... NOOOOO, the customer rep I spoke with "BUFFY" says our company does not offer refunds and it was shipped to the right address... guess she doesn't realize there is more than one way to skin a cat! Worst customer service EVER in my life... UNHAPPY

Bad business. Buyer Beware! Poor Customer Service. Camera Ready Cosmetics ******* Proton Rd, Dallas, TX *******. *******290 took my money and shipped me really disgusting defective none usable products. I email camera ready several time to resolve the issue with no response to my email. I left phone messages finally someone called stating her name was Nickie, she told me to send in pictures, I did as she requested, still being ignored no response to this day. I do not recommend this company. This company talks a big game but has shipped out crappy and defective products. Do not buy from this company or you will get Ripped Off.

First, they have a great selection of make up products, like Ben Nye, Maq Pro, RCMA and they are absolutely amazing products especially the price is very reasonable. Most of these brands you would not find in a lot of main stream make up stores like sephora.

Second, the customer service is AMAZING. I purchased 3 times, always got the right kinds for me since they have an online chat and they answer you right away. CRC staff are all very helpful and efficient.

Third, shipping is fast too, they shipped from USA to HK, it took like a week ish.
One downside with this site is you have to pay for shipping, but as long as the products are great, shipping is fast, I dont mind at all.
