The go to site for all kinds of shoes for unbeliveable prices i was the center of attention in my new wedge heels
I'm very distraught. I went to the Eatons centre in Toronto because my husband purchased a pair of men's dress shoes in late spring. I brought them back to the store because they are defective. The Manager acknowledged the defect, she saw clearly that there was an issue. The shoes have no 'wear' on them, not even on the bottom of the shoes however the right shoe came apart of the heel which she said is clearly a defect within the shoe. Because I don't have the receipt (purchased end of May) there was nothing she could do so she told me to go to the chat line. I went to the chat line got error messages after I typed in issue. I called the 1-800 for customer service, it wouldn't let me proceed without advising me on the promotions and once I clicked to go ahead, it went into a launch, a promotion that I cared nothing about but I couldn't advance, then it hung up. I found the Eatons centre store phone number to talk to someone and it rang. I did speak to the manager at the store she was the one that gave me all of this information. I told her that once we purchase shoes, wear them we get rid of the box and the receipt, if we didn't do that our entire home would be knee-deep in receipts. She understood and said she does the very same thing This is not my typical go to, but honestly this is just too much time wasted on my end for defective pair of shoes Nancy Brewer

They email you the tracking info so you can follow your order. If you need to return your purchase they send you the UPS return label so you do not have to worry about the shipping cost to return.
This is a sub standard shoe. I have had sandwiches last longer. Bought it for a function and got scratches first day. And then just after wearing it for the second time it has cracks all over, feels like it is made of cardboard. The color peels. Your local shop sells better shoes.

Have bought a couple of times online when they have promotions. They email you the tracking info so you can follow your order. If you need to return your purchase they send you the UPS return label so you do not have to worry about the shipping cost to return. Excellent Service.
I love it! They are Aldo shoes little sister. The shoes are sometimes a bit lower quality but you can't compete with the prices. I just make a point of zooming in and checking the shoe from all angles - a lot of times you can tell from the pictures whether it's made with care or just a poorly manufactured item. The quality has gone up over the years and the styles are mostly cute. I find Aldo shoes has been getting a bit too blingy and there aren't too many everyday / any occasion styles among their selection. I do still check Aldo out when I want something like winter boots just because the extra money is worth it for shoes that will take a beating and need to be sturdy. Otherwise, Call It Spring is my go-to store for heels and flats and work shoes.
