I have ordered many items from here and was pleased but I made a mistake the last time and ordered the wrong size bracelet. I emailed them to see about returning it for a larger size. No response. I had to email them several times before getting a response. After that it from bad to worse. They continue to send the same message but not how I can return and swap. I even told them that I would pay shipping and handling to send it back and for the larger bracelet to be sent back to me. Still no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 15 personalized drink stirrers. They arrived with a "protective coating" that is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. It would take a sharp object to scratch this off and would be extremely time consuming. It peels as you attempt to remove. Since I would need 600, I would never achieve the task at hand. So glad I ordered a trial run before trusting their quality. Cheap garbage. I will be contacting my credit card company. False advertising on their site showing the product one way and shipping it another way, with an impossible cheap film you can't remove. I offered to send back so they could remove it themselves!

I ordered a Pokémon card joke gift. This was the worst printing job I've ever seen.
1. The printing is cheap
2. The cardboard used is low quality paper/cardboard.
3. the cut of the card is non-symmetrical
4. You split the word « to » into 2 lines (seriously?!?)
5. The card came bent, including the plastic cover which is bent.

Products come from China and you don't get your products anywhere near when they tell you that you'll receive them. Mine has been stuck in LAX customs for more than a week

Unfortunately, I made a mistake by selecting the copper option for $47.00, which is prone to tarnishing and could potentially cause skin discoloration. Realizing my error, I requested a return label to exchange it for the sterling silver upgrade priced at $67.00 to ensure durability and quality. However, Callie's lockets informed me of their return policy, stating that customers are responsible for craftsmanship fees related to personalization. This meant that I would need to pay around $13 for the personalization of the necklace, and they would refund 70% of the purchase price.Despite agreeing to these terms, when I asked for a refund label, they initially agreed but later refused to provide one. Instead, they offered me a 50% discount on the silver necklace. This left me with two necklaces and an increased cost due to their inconsistent policies. Additionally, I discovered complaints about the angel wings falling off from other customers who purchased the same necklace, highlighting further issues with the company's quality and customer service.I acknowledge that I should have been more cautious and researched the company thoroughly before making the purchase. My primary intention was to offer comfort to my sister-in-law during a difficult time, but unfortunately, I encountered challenges with the product and the company's policies.

Update: 4-2-24. The package finally arrived. After emailing them they responded within hours. It is exactly what I wanted. And my mother in law loves it so much. Shipping takes a bit longer than the site says when placing the order. But it did finally come and it's perfect.

I ordered a personalized stuffed bunny for my grandson's first birthday. I was very disappointed in the product I recieved. Everything about the bunny was crooked and lopsided. When contacting the company, I received a reply from an email I sent 3 weeks ago and they did not address the current issue at all. When I sent a second email, they offered to make me another one. I don't want another one as it wouldn't arrive in time for Easter, so I requested a refund. I have yet to hear back from them. Please, check the reviews for the product you want to purchase. Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
